My boyfriend and I stopped by Big Water Grille to ask about a gift card we had ordered about a month ago. The manager, Chris, went above and beyond to help us! He immediately replaced the card on the spot and was incredibly kind and professional throughout the whole interaction. Had a fantastic dinner here on our last night in Incline Village. The chef’s pasta was phenomenal, it changes daily, tonight was blackened chicken w spaghetti, bacon and broccoli in a garlic sauce (*Chef’s kiss!). My husband had the short ribs. Our server Jordan was great and very helpful with the menu choices. The cocktails were delicious. The Tahoe Mule is a must!
