Located to a little far corner of the casino level. Would have been better if it was in food court level though. Smoking from the casino is really disturbing the meal time.However, food itself and service is way better than expected.
No matter what time of day we've gone to Baja while staying in Excalibur, everyone has always been so nice. The food tastes fresh and very good! Best place we've seen in the hotel for value and quality of food. Definitely recommend! We had their Fajitas, quesadillas, queso and guacamole. All so good! Their salsa bar is great, too, especially with fresh limes and cilantro.

Their cheese quasadilla was really good, a LOT of cheese. The cheese and bean burrito wasn't as good and was a little big and that was only an issue as rooms don't have a fridge anymore.Vegetarian options: There are vegetation options, but not clearly marked.
