“We stopped here after a long morning of hiking at Red rocks and this was some of the best fried chicken I've ever had. The chicken was tender and juicy, fried to perfection. The sauces were delicious too, but the chicken definitely stands on its own. 10/10 if I ever come back to Vegas, I'm grabbing lunch here again.“

“We stopped in around midnight and had Gordita’s and Mango Horchata. Everything looked so good it was difficult to make a decision. In the end we order pollo (chicken) and carnitas. Both with crema, lettuce, cilantro, onion and sauce. They offer limes and radish. Very sweet customer service!“

“I love their chicken especially the secret spice chicken. The price the whole chicken is very reasonable. I ordered through phone and it was ready as soon as I got there. The atmosphere is quite empty.

“Quality at a reasonable price, delicious chicken, superb house sauce and natural fresh lemonade with unexpected service "á table" by young, trained, cheerful staff members available for all your needs. Love their spectacular fries, huge and yummy, brought to your table in a flash, hot, with any and all desired accoutrements and even a run for a delicious vanilla cone for dessert. Hands down the best fried chicken in town; 4 c- strips, great price, impeccable cleanliness, great musical background, family ambiance, you feel at home with a great value menu. My fave!!!

Parking: Right in front of locale, safe, clean, steps away from order stand. Great service system, unbelievable speed of service to your table, all-American delicious menu, lemonades, shakes, cones, friendly and efficient service!

Kid-friendliness: Superb special attention to kids who have an art table full of supplies for their enjoyment. Last visit included a Santa-Cow that was beloved by the kiddos.

“My favorite food here are the delicious salads and milkshakes. Highly recommended. I wish they were open on Sundays, as I work nearby and at the end of the day I would always fancy a milkshake from this place, but unfortunately they are closed. In any case, very good food.“

“Had to go try again after seeing everyone talking about it online and commercials saying the orange rolls are back. Many years ago Farm Basket was our favorite. Turkey Gobbler was way overcooked but the 3 piece chicken dinner we had today was EXCELLENT! Perfect Crispy outside and perfectly cooked inside, huge mashed potatoe and gravy, cole slaw and that amazing orange roll!!!“

“Food prices are reasonable considering it is Las Vegas. The amount of food is generous. I ordered it hot, but the seasoning was too salty rather than spicy.
It's similar to the seasoning of Cheetos snacks, but it seems saltier than that. If you like a bland and light taste, I recommend Mild or Medium. I think that would be acceptable for Koreans as well.
And if you come alone, I recommend Dave menu number 3 or number 4.

Co-founder Barseghian states, “Our brand is Texas hot chicken – the sauce is sweeter and more savory than Nashville.” Despite the branding, this business has no connection to Texas; it is named after co-founder, Houston Crosta. KM and I visited Houston TX Hot Chicken in Meridian on 10/4/23, as part of a Yelp Elite event. We both got a complimentary Original Hot Chicken sandwich meal combo, plus a chicken tender and beverage of choice. The restaurant has high ceilings with exposed duct work, which gives it an industrial vibe. There are cool counter tops lit from beneath, which change color. There is a good amount of what appears to be light wood paneling along the walls, with some large, bold red images on part of a wall and the bathroom doors. The décor has a modern, youthful vibe. The combination of the most comfortable seating I’ve encountered in a fast/casual restaurant of it’s kind, indoor AND outdoor/patio dining, and great music played at a reasonable volume, gives the sense Houston TX Hot Chicken is trying to appear to a broader customer base than some of the other hot chicken joints I’ve visited locally, which is much appreciated. The service from start to end was EXCELLENT! The employees seemed genuinely happy to see us, and very sincere in their offer to answer questions etc. We also got to meet the GM Jason, who was very personable and a wealth of information. KM ordered the Strawberry Hibiscus House Lemonade, which you can upgrade to a Slushy for $1. I tried a taste. We both thought it was pretty good. I got Diet Pepsi. It had good carbonation. The Spice Levels from mildest to hottest are: No Spice, Honey Butter, Mild, Medium, Spicy, Liftoff, and Houston We Have a Problem. Ordering the latter requires you to sign a waiver. KM ordered a Mild Original Hot Chicken sandwich, and a Honey Butter chicken tender. I ordered a Medium Original Hot Chicken sandwich, and a Spicy chicken tender. There are 8 sauces to choose from, 4 of which are made in house daily. We got one of each of the ones made in house daily: House, Cheese, Cilantro, and Caesar. KM and I both LOVED our Original Hot Chicken sandwiches! KM doesn’t like spicy food as much as I do. She enjoyed both Mild and Honey Butter, though she didn’t feel she could really taste the Honey Butter flavoring in her tender. I loved both the Medium and Spicy, but next time I would get a Spicy sandwich and maybe try a Liftoff tender. The Halal chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned. I don’t normally care for sweet sauces such as the House, but it paired perfectly with the Spicy flavor of my sandwich. The cole slaw was good. I really liked the Brioche bun; KM would have preferred an old-school Sesame Seed Hamburger Bun. The pickles were good. Each order included a container of House sauce. Houston TX Hot Chicken serves high quality Lamb Weston Concertina cut French fries. Concertina cut is “a modern take on classic crinkle cuts with deeper, crispier grooves and ridges. Crispy grooves have more edges that provide satisfying extra crunch. Thick cuts are sturdier and are less prone to breaking than thinner fries.” In my opinion, Lamb Weston French fries are the best premade fries you can buy, but they are hard to find. I appreciate that Houston TX Hot Chicken’s attention to detail regarding the use of high quality ingredients includes the type of chicken they use, as well as the quality of French fries they serve. The only thing I didn’t like about the fries is I think they are lightly seasoned with Honey Butter flavored spice. I like sweet flavors as part of a dessert, but I don’t care for them in an entrée. KM didn’t feel the fries were sweet. The average person may not. I’m just extra sensitive to sweet flavors in entrees. Next time, I would ask for the seasoning“

“I've found it. My new favorite chicken spot or should I call it Chicken Space.
I saw a video from someone on YT, raving about this place. I was a little skittish because I knew the shopping center well, but this place seemed kind of hidden and reserved. Don't let the unassuming looks fool you. This food is DEFINITELY worth it.
I ordered the 5 pcs bone-in wings for 9.95 , what a great meal.
The chicken took the appropriate amount of time to be freshly cooked. Gal placed in in a nice little box. I could smell the wonderful aroma while carrying it to my car.
I tried to take a quick bite but the freshly cooked chicken was super hot. I had to let it cool - longest 10 minutes ever.
It was worth the wait. Still hot and very juicy. I ate every morsel. I completely cleaned the bones.
Sadly, after I ate all 5 wings, I found myself wanting at least another 5.
I can't wait to go back.
They have a lot of items on the menu to try.

“This place is a part of a larger international food court. We went for some other places which turned out to be closed during lunch on a Wednesday. Stumbled upon this and decided to give it a try. The chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The only knock is that I would not have described this as spicy. It was fairly mild to me. Good portions and flavor“

“Found this place randomly off Google Maos when leaving the airport. Food was hot, fresh, and flavorful. Portion sizes are great. Service was 10/10, Mahmoud was very kind when helping us decide what to get. The manager was also attentive. He even came to the table to see if we needed anything after we got our food.
