Delicious! I haven't had GOAT birria in ages! Goat birria is tough to find especially made well. My guy and I ordered the order of 3 quesa-birria taco de chivo (goat) and 2 LARGE quesabirrias. Some may argue it's the same thing... however the tacos with the cheese were crispier. The LARGE quesabirrias were hand made out of maíz-corn. I got the two Mexican sodas and they were great!
