Great place to dine very clean
I eat at Pollo Loco once a week but sadly the closest to my home (Skye Canyon) is very inconsistent with the food preparation, so I end up driving a little further to the Durango location. Team at Durango is always spot on with food and friendly, keep it up Marquis 👍

El Pollo Loco is a local restaurant offering a casual dining experience. The new location is clean and well-maintained, with friendly staff providing good customer service. Customers appreciate that the food is consistently tasty and fresh, including favorites like tacos el carbon and red beans. The restaurant uses a self-order kiosk system, and although it can sometimes be challenging to navigate, helpful staff members are available to assist. Some customers have experienced communication issues that occasionally lead to missing items or order mistakes, especially during busy times. Despite these minor problems, many find the restaurant to be a good value with inexpensive prices compared to other fast food options. The restaurant atmosphere is pleasant, with enjoyable music playing, and the owner or manager is known for ensuring positive experiences. Customers also miss certain items like tropical tea, which they hope will be brought back. Overall, El Pollo Loco remains a favorite spot for many seeking tasty food in a clean environment.
