“I am a regular frequent flyer at LAS AIRPORT I always visit JIMMY JOHN’S the sandwiches are fresh and delicious they never disappoint. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. The manager Eric is professional and friendly thank you so much for the great service.“

“Loving the Gryo, first time trying one at JJ. The meat is tender and seasoned beautifully. The pita was fresh and soft and the veggies were perfectly crisp. Great customer service, they were friendly and quick. I’m craving another gyro, but I’m full from this one! Will be back soon for another.“

“I have gotten a number of deliveries from here that I can’t even count. I have never been here in person nor did a pickup. Delivery is fast. I never had any problems with this restaurant. My only complaint is that they’re closed on the weekends.“

“I had a really good experience with JOJO! They were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional, and honestly made the visit much better.

I do want to mention that the restaurant was extremely hot inside. It was uncomfortable enough that I noticed it immediately, and I really hope management gets the air conditioning issue resolved soon. The employees deserve to have a comfortable environment to work in, especially during the summer.

“This is one of my favorite locations in Vegas, not only because it is super conveniently located, but the staff is great as well. They’re always extra helpful, courteous, and get the order out quick and with a smile every time. There’s also ample eating space including a loft space worth boating about if you’re eating with a large party. Five stars!“

“I went to this location recently as my new workplace is located close by. I’ll likely return soon. The folks working were very nice and accommodating to my vegetarian/dietary needs. Dylan and Darren I believe were two of the workers I spoke with. They did great and helped me feel comfortable. I hope to return soon.“

“I've had some problems with Jimmy John locations in the past and I get it a couple times a month because it's by my work. However I just happened to be by the summerlin mall and ordered online here to pick up. I was there in 3 minutes and it was ready. The gentleman were so sweet and I was starving so I ate half of my sandwich and I got to say it was the best Jimmy John's sandwich I ever had! The only issues I've been having with them lately is they're not fast deliveries anymore but this location was the greatest ever! The two guys working there were super sweet and I really appreciate them“

“WARNING!!! This is a real review from a real person. Hats off to the closing crew on Sunday May 24th, 2026! I'm a local Uber driver working 12 hour shifts. What keeps a smile on my face is not only a filling meal, but a tasty one! This jimmy johns rocks! I got the toasted Italian and the gyro. They were fantastic, filling,.and delicious! The presentation was exactly what you see in advertising, exceptionally rare, almost non existent for any other food service. Dear management, tips are temporary, give these staff members a raise! They absolutely deserve it.“
