Food was excellent. Our waiter, Ernest, was the best!
Loved the whole experience. Our server, Pedro O., was very attentive and made some excellent recommendations when we asked. We had the shishito peppers, a cheese charcuterie, Iberico ham, lamb, and a mariscos paella, ending with the creme brulee. Everything was wonderful, though my favorite was the paella. This is my favorite restaurant to visit when I come to Vegas. It’s not a Vegas trip without my Filet Majon from Julian Serrano Tapas and some laughs with Dan and Matt at the bar. All the cocktails I’ve tried have been delicious, including the habanero one, if you don’t eat the pepper!
