KAIA Las Vegas Reviews
Awesome food with a wonderful presentation and price. The handrolls are huge. Amazing drinks. Staff is super friendly. The perfect spot to go to for dinner before visiting Omega mart! Supremely surprised at the quality given all the reviews. Very high-end feeling without the price. Only restaurant we made a point to go to more than once. 🌺 🍱
I've been excreting wasabi since I left, send help.....also, can't wait to go again!
Tried both Birria and tonkatsu ramen. Both are too salty for me to enjoy it. Noodle are just ok. It is sufficiently good but I will look for better alternative.

Based on the reviews, KAIA Las Vegas offers a refined, sashimi-forward sushi experience with subtle neon flair. The food features pristine nigiri and seasonal rolls, with standout hamachi and uni highlights. Other menu items include garlic edamame, poke bowls, miso ramen, Birria Ramen, chirashi bowls, and house special hand rolls. The fish is superior quality and fresh, with perfectly cooked rice and bouncy ramen noodles. The ambience is sleek, quiet, and intimate, great for dates or a post-show bite. Service is knowledgeable, attentive, and excellent, with solid pairing suggestions. While things can take time from getting a table to getting the food, it is worth the wait. A reservation is recommended due to limited seating. This is the best sushi in Las Vegas, affordably priced despite being in a tourist spot, and promises a memorable meal.
