“The food is good. The service is good but what I like, is having a female security officer there because the area is very iffy and she had no problem kicking out some drunk transient people that were causing trouble. It made me feel safer and she was really nice, and funny too! She made my day!!“

“I come here all the time around 4 pm. I gotta say, I've tried a lot of panda express here in town and this one makes the very best kung pao. They don't throw in all zucchini like other places. And they're not cheap on portion sizes. This place is my go to panda express. Always fresh, always hot, and the staff is really nice. If you want really good kung pao, but also just really good panda express in general, come here. Props to the chef here around 4 pm who knows exactly how to cook.“

“I stopped here for dinner because I knew that I could get vegetables with my meal! It's something Asian food can usually be counted on to provide. Other than that, the pricing was reasonable in an area that is very pricey. My one pick is that people in customer service should be pleasant. My server wasn't rude, but there was no smile either. “Although the food was good and fresh we did have to wait a good amount of time as they had a lot of stuff empty. They were all nice employees. Bathroom clean the dinning area clean table and chairs clean under tables clean. Hate that there is not diet dr pepper.
Had to wait on our egg rolls both chicken and veggie were not ready. Line did form after we sat down and they got the rush out pretty quick.“

“I visited Panda Express today, and even though they were extremely busy, the team was absolutely amazing. A lot of Panda locations were closed today, so it was understandably packed, but that is not the store’s fault at all.

Despite the rush, the staff stayed professional, kind, and focused. I even saw a customer yelling at the workers because of how busy it was, and honestly, the employees handled it with so much patience and grace. They never slowed down, never lost their composure, and continued giving every customer their full attention.

They kept pushing, doing their best, and making sure orders were taken care of properly. That level of teamwork and dedication really stood out. You can tell they care about their customers, even under pressure.

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Panda Express in the Smith’s parking lot on Silverado Ranch & Maryland Parkway. From the moment we walked in, the place immediately stood out for how clean, organized, and welcoming it was. The dining area, counters, and drink station were all spotless, which is something I always notice when eating out with my kids.

The staff truly made the visit exceptional. Erica at the register was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile and made the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable. When you come in with kids, it can sometimes feel a little chaotic, but Erica handled everything with such kindness and professionalism.

I also want to give a big shoutout to Lance, who was serving the food. He was just as friendly and positive, and he was especially great with my kids. He took the time to interact with them, made them feel included, and served everything with a great attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in giving customers a good experience.

The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want when you’re craving Panda Express, but honestly the customer service is what really stood out. It’s rare these days to find a place that’s not only clean and efficient but also staffed by people who genuinely seem happy to be there and treat customers so well.

“Everything there is delicious We grabbed a Family Pack for dinner and it was a total crowd pleaser! The Orange Chicken had that classic crispy glaze we love, and the Broccoli Beef was a great savory balance with fresh, tender veggies. The Teriyaki Chicken was a hit with the kids, especially with the extra sauce on the side.

For sides, the Fried Rice and Chow Mein were fresh and served as the perfect base for everything. It's easily the best value for feeding a hungry family quickly. Everything stayed hot until we got home, and there were even enough leftovers for lunch the next day.“

“This restaurant is so well maintained. I walked in and couldn't help but notice how clean everything was. I was immediately greeted and placed my order. I got a two entree combo meal which costs $12.99. For the price you do get a lot of food. I chose the super greens as my side but unfortunately they had just ran out. I ended up waiting about 5 minutes for them to prepare a fresh batch which was worth it.“

“Great place for a quick fast food in the area ..location is very convenient and walkable to hotels near by. The food is good and hot but its a typical fast food chain quality.

This location is in a mini food court format with Chipotle and a Pizza place and they all share a common seating area.

The seating area could be made nicer as it looks a bit worn out.

Note - there is another food area with lot more food choices and a 10 min walk towards Eiffel tower called Grand Bazaar - it has several little shops with indoor and outdoor seating“

“When I go here it's quick efficient and the customer service is good about a week and a half ago for the first time something on my order wasn't right the manager Hennessy took care of the mistakes in my order when I came back very quickly or without headache especially for the area it's in it's truly appreciated when I'm sure they deal with bs a lot of times over small mistakes the situation was handled in the most civilized manner.“

“This particular Panda Express is always on point. After a few visits, I can genuinely say that the staff is nice, the food is always ready and the atmosphere is very chill. Im a huge fan of the string bean chicken and most othe locations never have it ready. This location always has it fresh and ready to go, which I love.
Huge Shoutout to Melissa behind the counter. She's always hustling and helping everyone with a smile. Definitely makes for a much better experience when the staff is working hard and enjoying their day. I highly recommend this location!! A++“

“I am honestly shocked by some of these reviews. I have went to this location 4 times, 3 deliveries and one in person pickup. All times, the food has been hot, fresh and tasty. The one time I picked up in person a couple months back, I couldn’t believe how clean it was and when I stepped into the restaurant, literally everyone in the back raised their heads and greeted me in. They were very prompt and friendly and I have never had issues getting extra sauces like one review commented.

All it takes is asking politely and not acting annoyed if you actually want more sauce. These people don’t get paid enough to deal with your crappy attitude. I’m sure it’s company policy that if you ask for more, they only initially give you one more of said sauce but if you ask for a specific amount, I’m sure it would be no issue and the employee would happily oblige (as long as you’re not being a jerk). 5 out of 5 for me. Oh, and portions are plenty. Some people should consider portion control.“

“What can I say. We Panda once a week. Nice being recognized by staff. New location has a much larger, brighter dining area.
Don't make the mistake of using the drive thru to pick up a pre-order. They're always waiting on something to replenish...you'll be in line forever and can't turn around. Besides...they'll give you a free soft drink inside while you wait!“

“It could be a bit more clean in the bathrooms but the workers were sweet and Very helpful!Iliah was a wonderful worker and i saw her constantly cleaning nobody else was i hope that she is promoted in the future and also I’d recommend their peach tea!“

“I’m a selective eater and usually pay close attention to cleanliness and service. This Panda Express left a good impression. The store was clean, the food tasted fresh and delicious, and the portions are just right, not skimpy but not excessive either.

“Just your run-of-the-mill food court style Panda Express. They do keep the food warm and fresh and they serve spam musubi as a menu item. Quantity of the food served is pretty okay. My only issues are that when the customer volume is large, they tend to skip to the next person in line or confuse your order with another customer's, and it does need to be addressed. Another issue is that the price is a little too expensive for the main entree items because this serves a college student population and it doesn't serve too well for a "quick lunch" classification.Edit 23 April 2019: The spam musubi and potstickers are enough for a quick lunch. I did not appreciate them until my days before graduating. Extra star added.“

“I got a bowl with chow mein and mushroom chicken on Wednesday 10/2/24, around 4pm and the staff were soooo great!!! They were friendly, answered questions thoughtfully, and made a great bowl of fresh food. I thought I kept my receipt in my bag, but I’m pretty sure I threw it away and forgot (?) so not able to do the online survey, BUT I hope this review finds your managers because the two young women at the counter were the best!

“I really like this location however they shut down their lobby and I'm generally pulling trailers. On February 27th I came to the location in the lobby was closed while pulling a 37 ft trailer and had to walk through the drive-thru but I'm not fat enough to set off the pressure sensors so you have to walk up to the door to place your order.

“Convenient location. Parking is tight. Some of the orange chicken doesnt have meat in them. Beijing Beef is a little dry. Fried rice is a tad salty from soy sauce. Overall it really isn't bad. “Came to this location because my 90 year old mom was hungry. (we're Chinese) and she knows this company's reputation for good food from California. So this was our first time at this location and at first, we saw all Hispanics working, so we were hesitant. She ordered 2 side combo, I ordered 3. She has dentures and hard to chew food...but she had NO problem eating her chicken and noodles, because it was cooked perfectly! I had the 3 sides combo, and decided to try the shrimp & beef dish. WOW, it just looked and tasted awesome! I normally don't eat seafood but seeing it on the serving line was too hard to pass up glazed in some kind of red sauce. The shrimp was soft like melting in your mouth, beef was tender and not tough like some restaurants! Staff were very nice to all customers during the hectic lunch hour rush, cleaned the area constantly while taking food temps on the line. The cashier was crazy nice to my mom and me being very patient. Again, I recommend this location to everyone.“

“Service was a little slow but the food was great. I stopped by to pick up dinner for the family on a Wednesday evening and there were only three or four employees working. With two cooks and a cashier, this left one poor woman alone on the serving line to fill everyone’s orders. She was a trooper but it still took a bit longer than usual to get through the line. This location has more of a lunch vibe to it so I imagine they’re staffed better during lunch hour.“
