“The food is good. The service is good but what I like, is having a female security officer there because the area is very iffy and she had no problem kicking out some drunk transient people that were causing trouble. It made me feel safer and she was really nice, and funny too! She made my day!!“

“By far Yuri has been the best store manager I’ve ever seen at a Panda Express. My partner and I came in during a huge rush and she didn’t stop going above and beyond customer expectations! She’s a hustler and I felt inspired to shout out this store’s leadership just by watching her go! “I stopped here for dinner because I knew that I could get vegetables with my meal! It's something Asian food can usually be counted on to provide. Other than that, the pricing was reasonable in an area that is very pricey. My one pick is that people in customer service should be pleasant. My server wasn't rude, but there was no smile either. “I visited Panda Express today, and even though they were extremely busy, the team was absolutely amazing. A lot of Panda locations were closed today, so it was understandably packed, but that is not the store’s fault at all.

Despite the rush, the staff stayed professional, kind, and focused. I even saw a customer yelling at the workers because of how busy it was, and honestly, the employees handled it with so much patience and grace. They never slowed down, never lost their composure, and continued giving every customer their full attention.

They kept pushing, doing their best, and making sure orders were taken care of properly. That level of teamwork and dedication really stood out. You can tell they care about their customers, even under pressure.

“I had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Panda Express in the Smith’s parking lot on Silverado Ranch & Maryland Parkway. From the moment we walked in, the place immediately stood out for how clean, organized, and welcoming it was. The dining area, counters, and drink station were all spotless, which is something I always notice when eating out with my kids.

The staff truly made the visit exceptional. Erica at the register was incredibly friendly, patient, and welcoming. She greeted us with a smile and made the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable. When you come in with kids, it can sometimes feel a little chaotic, but Erica handled everything with such kindness and professionalism.

I also want to give a big shoutout to Lance, who was serving the food. He was just as friendly and positive, and he was especially great with my kids. He took the time to interact with them, made them feel included, and served everything with a great attitude. You can tell he takes pride in his work and in giving customers a good experience.

The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what you want when you’re craving Panda Express, but honestly the customer service is what really stood out. It’s rare these days to find a place that’s not only clean and efficient but also staffed by people who genuinely seem happy to be there and treat customers so well.

“Has a brief experience eating after the AT&T agent had to find me to tell me the Mall Security claimed they flagged my vehicle as NOT showing my Handicap placard to be showing on the rear view mirror as I was in the AT&T store trying to get my phone corrected!

And after negotiations as I was going to the food Panda Express next door and made a purchase and started to eat, the AT&T agent advised me of the TITAN towing services had my vehicle and was already trying to remove the vehicle, as I stepped on out to the towing service at AT&T store and the Panda Express(next door)!

The Towing person claimed that the was no Handicap and told him that the Handicap right there and was on the seat next to my drivers side, as I sat there as I parked the Vehicle!

With in 5 minutes the towing service was there as I stepped into the Panda Express to purchase and eat! Saw no one trying to capture my vehicle!

The towing tried to extract by the driver Person and demanded at first $130.00, and then upped the amount to $180.00!
This was on Friday 06/26/2026@2:30 approximately PST

Called yesterday 06/28/2026 and the nervous attendant of the Titan service demanded by quoting $500.52 and later offered $484.28
to release the vehicle!

Contacted my Attorney and it is in the hands of the Law!

Will wait for the results!
Seniors should be aware and warning of these Open Air Malls with questionable Mall security agents trying to get a cut from the TITAN Security services!
This was a second event where Panda Express was included, the first was my wallet was stolen as I exited the Panda Express!

Food at the Panda Express was excellent but the Predatory Towing at the 7017 Spring Mountain Rd, are alive and well connected!
While there!
There were others watching these events and advised me of this captured event and they were victimized as well!

All Seniors traveling into this Areas or the Arroyo Market Place
near the Rainbow and Barura Rd have scammers trying to find vulnerable people and they do target seniors and others !

Caveat Emptor!
Pass this on to other Open air malls with scammers and security services trying to extract monies or misfortune of lack of memory insight !

Hopefully this gets to all the vulnerable people and become a vigilent force to be reckon with!

No Vehicle, yet as the Titan Towing Service still has my vehicle and is using micro steps to extract more with delays which mean added $104.00 per day not released after 3:20pm PST.
Racked up bill for the posted upper limit of penalities!

“Great place for a quick fast food in the area ..location is very convenient and walkable to hotels near by. The food is good and hot but its a typical fast food chain quality.

This location is in a mini food court format with Chipotle and a Pizza place and they all share a common seating area.

The seating area could be made nicer as it looks a bit worn out.

Note - there is another food area with lot more food choices and a 10 min walk towards Eiffel tower called Grand Bazaar - it has several little shops with indoor and outdoor seating“

“This particular Panda Express is always on point. After a few visits, I can genuinely say that the staff is nice, the food is always ready and the atmosphere is very chill. Im a huge fan of the string bean chicken and most othe locations never have it ready. This location always has it fresh and ready to go, which I love.

“I am honestly shocked by some of these reviews. I have went to this location 4 times, 3 deliveries and one in person pickup. All times, the food has been hot, fresh and tasty. The one time I picked up in person a couple months back, I couldn’t believe how clean it was and when I stepped into the restaurant, literally everyone in the back raised their heads and greeted me in. They were very prompt and friendly and I have never had issues getting extra sauces like one review commented.

All it takes is asking politely and not acting annoyed if you actually want more sauce. These people don’t get paid enough to deal with your crappy attitude. I’m sure it’s company policy that if you ask for more, they only initially give you one more of said sauce but if you ask for a specific amount, I’m sure it would be no issue and the employee would happily oblige (as long as you’re not being a jerk). 5 out of 5 for me. Oh, and portions are plenty. Some people should consider portion control.“

“Food gets 4 stars because it was good but I had gotten honey sesame chicken and when i looked at my food i found a yellow bellpepper that still had a sticker on it while they cooked it. Like I said everything else was good just that really threw me off and luckily I thoroughly look through my food too many bad experiences“

“I had the best experience ever of any panda express I’ve ever been to tonight at this location. When visiting in Vegas, my family and I love to eat panda express. We love the orange chicken, the super greens, white rice, noodles, and sesame chicken the best. Sometimes at other locations, it’s not as fresh or a little bit soggy but at this location, everything was super fresh super delicious. The service was amazing. They listen to every request I had with a smile.. The food was the best I’ve ever had it! I want to say a huge thank you to the employees that really brightened our night! “Just your run-of-the-mill food court style Panda Express. They do keep the food warm and fresh and they serve spam musubi as a menu item. Quantity of the food served is pretty okay. My only issues are that when the customer volume is large, they tend to skip to the next person in line or confuse your order with another customer's, and it does need to be addressed. Another issue is that the price is a little too expensive for the main entree items because this serves a college student population and it doesn't serve too well for a "quick lunch" classification.Edit 23 April 2019: The spam musubi and potstickers are enough for a quick lunch. They were friendly, answered questions thoughtfully, and made a great bowl of fresh food. “I really like this location however they shut down their lobby and I'm generally pulling trailers. On February 27th I came to the location in the lobby was closed while pulling a 37 ft trailer and had to walk through the drive-thru but I'm not fat enough to set off the pressure sensors so you have to walk up to the door to place your order.

“Came to this location because my 90 year old mom was hungry. (we're Chinese) and she knows this company's reputation for good food from California. So this was our first time at this location and at first, we saw all Hispanics working, so we were hesitant. She ordered 2 side combo, I ordered 3. She has dentures and hard to chew food...but she had NO problem eating her chicken and noodles, because it was cooked perfectly! I had the 3 sides combo, and decided to try the shrimp & beef dish. WOW, it just looked and tasted awesome! I normally don't eat seafood but seeing it on the serving line was too hard to pass up glazed in some kind of red sauce. The shrimp was soft like melting in your mouth, beef was tender and not tough like some restaurants! Staff were very nice to all customers during the hectic lunch hour rush, cleaned the area constantly while taking food temps on the line. The cashier was crazy nice to my mom and me being very patient. Again, I recommend this location to everyone.“

With two cooks and a cashier, this left one poor woman alone on the serving line to fill everyone’s orders. She was a trooper but it still took a bit longer than usual to get through the line. This location has more of a lunch vibe to it so I imagine they’re staffed better during lunch hour.“
