“Delicious! Everything I ordered was perfect! I had been eating Domino's for so long that I forgot how amazing Pizza Hut is! I think I'll be going back to Pizza Hut from now on, & leave Domino's alone. Pizza Hut's pizza is just so much tastier, hands down! & those little Cinnabon rolls are to die for!“

“This location is well kept, always clean, you never see any trash. The employees are courteous and the pizza is done within minutes of ordering. It’s in a good location that has a patio with tables and chairs outdoors well shaded.

Parking: There’s a Starbucks and a McDonald’s next door and also a bakery.“

“I know some people have had bad experiences with this location being hit or miss but I can say from the two times my family and I have ordered they havent missed! Thank you! ? “Ordered lunch and got busy at work, the food was still warm and fresh when I was able to make it over an hour later (wait time was only 15 min to make it). The whole staff was very friendly and Richard the GM was very polite and got me right out of there with my tasty pizza. Thanks guys!!“

“I placed my Pizza Hut order online and the order was picked up by DoorDash, my DoorDash delivery driver, blatantly, and purposefully stole my food, so I called Pizza Hut in a upset frenzy and spoke to Donald. Not only was Donald kind and understanding he went above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of and that I got my food. I have had such a wonderful experience with this store location, and especially feel like Donald deserves a raise.“

“I had to find a location that actually prepared the pizza as I ordered. The location at Jones & Lake Mead, do not put enough sauce on the pizza! Managers at that location do not care. The location on Craig & Decatur did a fantastic job! Will go out of our way to go to this location to get the pizza made correctly and it tastes great!“

“The manager of this establishment has really changed my perspective on Pizza Hut overall, I have never had such a great experience in such little time of me ordering and picking up for maybe 15 minutes not only was the food, absolutely incredible and as fresh as it could be, but the staff couldn’t have been more amazing and friendlier they took really good care of me and my autistic daughter and I just want to give a big shout out and thank you to the manager for having such an amazing team and honestly training them so wonderful me and my family drive 30 minutes for this location and we will continue to all of our relatives. Love this location and love the people who work here.“

“I would’ve gave 5 stars if my husband didn’t have to go back and pick up another pizza because they burned my first one. I’m pregnant and that was a huge inconvenience but they made up for their mistake and the second pizza was perfect. Also, if we pay for extra toppings, we should get extra toppings. Especially for how expensive the toppings are. Please stop giving us less than what we pay for.“

“So this is more the fault of the current work force situation and everything but it took over an hour to get the pizza. Had I known that, I would have picked it up. “We had a very positive experience with the staff at this location today. We ordered the family dinner box (two pizzas, wings, and either breadsticks or cheesy bread), and I brought my 4-year old girl to help me pick it up. As I was loading my little girl into the truck, the pizza slipped out of my hands and the box opened up as it all fell onto the parking lot. I was devastated…$40 in food that just slipped out. I walked into the store and the employee said “we saw the whole thing, my manager is going to make everything for you”. What a relief, and talk about going above and beyond. You guys are great, thank you so much for saving our dinner!“

“Have the opportunity to work with this location as well with pizza for prayer And the harvest program they truly also care about their community. They give back every single time we call. They give enough food to feed at least fifty a pleasure to work with these individuals“

“This location has always been prompted in filling their orders. Imo the Big New Yorker is the best choice on their menu, but in order for me to always be satisfied with their pies, I have to always order them with extra sauce. It's the only way to guarantee that I'm going to receive the same delicious PH I have grown to love. Not sure if PH decided to lower the sauce amount on their pizza's or if it's something that this particular store has done, but as long as it's ordered with extra, it should be fine.“

“This is a Pizza Hut to-go place. Very small.The location of this place is a bit sketchy and the place is not that clean. The floor is sticky. The Italian Meats pasta with the garlic bread sticks are quite delicious. Pay an extra dollar to add cheese to the garlic bread sticks. It’s very close to the main Vegas strip so I’ll return for the convenience and the price. It’s only a few minutes’ drive from most hotels and it’s a lot cheaper than getting Pizza Hut at the hotel.Also the portion is generous here.“

“I ordered 2 of the new My Hut Box. It did arrive super late, and cold and my drink was missing. When I called and reported the issue, the cashier was super nice and patient and redelivered the order the way it should've been. The food was great.“

“I visited today to take advantage of their Tuesday special: $2 personal pan pizzas. I knew it would likely be chaotic when I arrived to pick up my order. I was VERY pleased to see how efficient this location is operated. I realize the employees were stressed with the order volume, but they handled it so well and were friendly while doing it. “Pretty good pizza even if they did not have tomatoes. Got the new flatzz pizza. Thought it would be bigger, only good enough for one person. Essentially it is a personal pizza spread out. Minus a star because they put the side dips in the box with the pizza. I guess to save time because it was a pickup order. But made the dips warm, I don't like warm ranch or any other dips. Besides marinara.“

“First time trying it after giving up on Pizza Hut a year ago after it made me sick getting it from delivery location, plus the chain quality overall just went down. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a chance, got a personal pepperoni and was pleasantly surprised. Tasted just like I remembered growing up. I was lucky to get one right out of the oven and loved it! More importantly it didn't upset my stomach after. Finally I can eat my favorite pizza the way I like it again :)“

“We prefer the Pizza Hut Express compared to the pizza stands on the strip. For a few bucks more you get a fresh cooked pan pizza, compared to slice that's been sitting for hours in the window at the Stip pizza stands.The price recently changed & so did the side dishes but to be expected theses days.Overall a good quick bite &the staff has always been happy & kind.Location is a bit dingy & sometimes dodgy.“

“I typically don’t leave reviews for delivery pizza places, but I wanted to leave a positive review regarding my local Pizza Hut. I placed an order when I was on my boat at Lake Mead because I wanted to have pizza when I got home. I placed it for 90 minutes in advance. Somehow, during placing the order it reverted back to “deliver now”, and the pizza arrived at my house before I even got off the lake. I called the restaurant and explained the issue and that I didn’t have any idea what happened, and they immediately offered to remake the pizzas and have them sent out at the right time. When I got home, the pizza arrived not more than 10 minutes after I got there and that same delivery driver brought the food to my door with a friendly smile and said, Don’t worry about it. Enjoy your pizza!” I originally offered to pay something because I know there’s cost associated with something like this, but they said they would remake the pieces and send them out.

I know, chain pizza places, get a bad rep a lot, but I wanted to say that I had a great experience, ordering here, and of course I’ll be ordering again. Thanks for your accommodation and willingness to make this right for me!“

“This is the best pizza hut on north nellis. The help is always friendly and more order is usually always right. Tonight there was one mistake but the manager was very nice and apologetic and made it right. I will always come to this pizza hut thanks to the manager Jack. “Stopped in for a carry out tavern pizza. Hunter helped me and was just amazing. Best customer service experience I've ever had. He was polite and asked if I wanted any kind of add ons. Like dessert or sodas making sure I had the best experience.

Although this one is an issue Clayton, the store manager helped us even two days after because I was not able to get in contact. So nice and great customer service skills.
