“We had a very positive experience with the staff at this location today. We ordered the family dinner box (two pizzas, wings, and either breadsticks or cheesy bread), and I brought my 4-year old girl to help me pick it up. As I was loading my little girl into the truck, the pizza slipped out of my hands and the box opened up as it all fell onto the parking lot. I was devastated…$40 in food that just slipped out. I walked into the store and the employee said “we saw the whole thing, my manager is going to make everything for you”. What a relief, and talk about going above and beyond. You guys are great, thank you so much for saving our dinner!“

“I had to find a location that actually prepared the pizza as I ordered. The location at Jones & Lake Mead, do not put enough sauce on the pizza! Managers at that location do not care. “I visited today to take advantage of their Tuesday special: $2 personal pan pizzas. I knew it would likely be chaotic when I arrived to pick up my order. I was VERY pleased to see how efficient this location is operated. I realize the employees were stressed with the order volume, but they handled it so well and were friendly while doing it. My order did not take any longer than it should have. I definitely recommend this location and am happy to give them 5 stars.“

“First time trying it after giving up on Pizza Hut a year ago after it made me sick getting it from delivery location, plus the chain quality overall just went down. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a chance, got a personal pepperoni and was pleasantly surprised. Tasted just like I remembered growing up. I was lucky to get one right out of the oven and loved it! More importantly it didn't upset my stomach after. Finally I can eat my favorite pizza the way I like it again :)“

“We prefer the Pizza Hut Express compared to the pizza stands on the strip. For a few bucks more you get a fresh cooked pan pizza, compared to slice that's been sitting for hours in the window at the Stip pizza stands.The price recently changed & so did the side dishes but to be expected theses days.Overall a good quick bite &the staff has always been happy & kind.Location is a bit dingy & sometimes dodgy.“

“The manager of this establishment has really changed my perspective on Pizza Hut overall, I have never had such a great experience in such little time of me ordering and picking up for maybe 15 minutes not only was the food, absolutely incredible and as fresh as it could be, but the staff couldn’t have been more amazing and friendlier they took really good care of me and my autistic daughter and I just want to give a big shout out and thank you to the manager for having such an amazing team and honestly training them so wonderful me and my family drive 30 minutes for this location and we will continue to all of our relatives. “I ordered 2 of the new My Hut Box. It did arrive super late, and cold and my drink was missing. When I called and reported the issue, the cashier was super nice and patient and redelivered the order the way it should've been. The food was great.“

“For me, Pizza Hut evokes a plethora of wonderful childhood memories. The great majority of these have to do with family: Sitting with the grandparents, parents and siblings enjoying a nice slice of pizza; checking out the pizza buffet; trying the “stuffed crust” pizza for the first time and being massively disappointed; watching the early 90s commercials featuring “Pizza Head”; watching the old man enjoy a “mug of beer” while eating a “mountain of spaghetti”; listening to my grandmother complain about her lasagne (“It was bum, but I was hungry so I had to eat it!”; and getting delivery many a time to my hotel room when traveling on business. In short, Pizza Hut has woven itself into not just foodie memory, but personal as well.\n\nWhen Pizza Hut launched WingStreet in late 2003, a slight shift came to the standard Pizza Hut wings menu – it diversified. This, to me, wasn’t a bad thing because the wing flavours jumped from “buffalo” and “naked” to include teriyaki, garlic parmesan, honey BBQ and an expanded buffalo selection (mild, medium, hot and burning hot). Along with a richer list of flavours, the wings now also came breaded or baked with bone-in or bone-out (your choice). Who doesn’t love a little diversity? Indeed, I certainly welcomed this change – Pizza Hut’s buffalo “burning hot” give many other a wing place a run for their money. The one thing I lamented, though? The taste and flavour of Pizza Hut’s “mild” buffalo wings – their original offering pre-WingStreet – changed. I’m sure most don’t miss it because they’re basically reminiscent of wings you can get in a gas station or 7-11, but I always thought they had a most pleasing flavour. Is this lamentation the result of childhood and teenage memories? Probably.\n\nThankfully, though, the original Pizza Hut buffalo wing offering still exists at Pizza Express locations. You can usually find these compact units in major airports, malls, some gas bars and, interestingly enough, US Target stores. I remember one of the first times I stumbled across these “original” wings at the Pizza Hut Express location in Vancouver International airport. It filled me with such joy – probably too much – to be tasting these gas stationesque wings after an absence of at least a few years. I later made it a point to stop at the YVR “Express” unit each time I passed through . . . until it closed sometime in early 2017.\n\nFast-forward to October 2018. M and I were visiting Las Vegas and she wanted to check out a Target store because she missed them in Canada (probably the only person!). We decided to visit the location on Blue Diamond Road because it isn’t too far from the Strip and many people spoke highly of it via other social media forums. The shopping experience, for me, was pretty underwhelming (I’ve never thought highly of Target), but I did get excited when I spied the Pizza Hut Express unit near the entrance ways. Why the excitement? Because I knew I could order Pizza Hut’s classic-style buffalo wing here. And so, upon checkout, I did exactly that. I strolled up to the counter and placed my order for some wings. They came in good time and tasted just as I’d remembered from the days of yesteryear. You can’t buy memories like this!\n\nNow, a brief comment on the physical space: Because this restaurant is located inside Target, and is an “Express” unit, the menu is fairly limited and does not contain the same variety as one might find in your typical stand-alone Pizza Hut; however, what they do have is sufficient for its purpose: personal pizzas (pepperoni and cheese), wings and two basic pasta selections. Beyond that, this location also offers a couple of non-standard – even surprising – items: chicken tenders, grilled cheese, NATHAN’S FAMOUS HOT DOGS (!!!), and popcorn (hey, who doesn’t want a little popcorn with their pizza?). The official Pizza Hut website says this location is “Carryout Only,” but that’s not really accurate because there is a small seating area available, which is shared with the adjacent Starbucks.\n\nFOOD: 4/5\nSERVICE: 4/5\nVALUE: 5/5\nRECOMMENDATION: If you“

“Fresh hot pizza and LIGHTNING fast delivery! Said 1 hour was here in 20 or 25 minutes! Nice delivery guy too. Thanks you so much. Pizza Hut we liked back home was shut down and none ever delivered to our home so it's nice to get delivery here in Vegas. “This location has always been prompted in filling their orders. Imo the Big New Yorker is the best choice on their menu, but in order for me to always be satisfied with their pies, I have to always order them with extra sauce. It's the only way to guarantee that I'm going to receive the same delicious PH I have grown to love. Not sure if PH decided to lower the sauce amount on their pizza's or if it's something that this particular store has done, but as long as it's ordered with extra, it should be fine.“

“I had some great customer service from a lady on the phone named Denise, I originally called the store about a order I placed and it took over hour or so for any updates on it. Denise informed me that my order was ready and waiting on a driver to come pick it up. Later she calls back to inform me that the driver picked up my order then cancled my order through the app. Denise said she stopped the driver and grabbed my order back from the driver when he canceled it. For the situation that happened with wait time and the driver, she helped me out getting the order to be placed again and remade the food for me. I hope the owners/management sees the review and give her a bonus or something special to help her! Thank you so much and God bless.“

“Have the opportunity to work with this location as well with pizza for prayer And the harvest program they truly also care about their community. They give back every single time we call. They give enough food to feed at least fifty a pleasure to work with these individuals“

“I placed an order a few nights ago for delivery at around 11PM, I ordered a large hand toss with light spicy marinara. But when I received the pizza it had a lot like extra sauce on it. But thankfully when I called to tell the worker about the mistake, the manager, Dez, was the one to pick up the phone and he was very understanding and took responsibility which most managers I feel like dont do, offering two different solutions for my troubles. Definitely will be ordering from here again, thank you again Dez for the help!“

“Pretty good pizza even if they did not have tomatoes. Got the new flatzz pizza. Thought it would be bigger, only good enough for one person. Essentially it is a personal pizza spread out. Minus a star because they put the side dips in the box with the pizza. I guess to save time because it was a pickup order. But made the dips warm, I don't like warm ranch or any other dips. Besides marinara.“

Although this one is an issue Clayton, the store manager helped us even two days after because I was not able to get in contact. So nice and great customer service skills.
