Pizza Hut in Las Vegas

“Food is always fresh. Service is slow but that happens when you run a skeleton crew. I’m sorry but Atmosphere, no matter what day or time, could definitely be cleaner and more presentable, especially when you’re serving food. It only makes your customers wonder if the employees keep the kitchen clean as well. Grease marks on the counters, trash on the lobby floor, caked up dust on the computers, fingerprints on the doors and windows, inventory in the public view, chairs dirty, etc.
From one business owner to another, your lobby is the first thing your customers see and unfortunately also their first impression. The good thing is that the Pizza Hut name does well on its own so you’ll still have consistent business 👍🏼“

“Delicious! Everything I ordered was perfect! I had been eating Domino's for so long that I forgot how amazing Pizza Hut is! I think I'll be going back to Pizza Hut from now on, & leave Domino's alone. Pizza Hut's pizza is just so much tastier, hands down! & those little Cinnabon rolls are to die for!“

“I know some people have had bad experiences with this location being hit or miss but I can say from the two times my family and I have ordered they havent missed! Thank you! ? I ordered from this Pizza Hut on 5/8/24. I ordered one of the newer deals consisting of the full melt, boneless wings, and a drink. When I received the order, the full melt in the box was only a half melt. No problem, called the store, escalated to a manager, they shared it was a newer product, and offered a $5 credit for the missing half of the melt, stored under my phone number. Which is a great resolution.

Now I'm trying to order today from the same pizza hut. Called in my order and asked to use the credit. The associate said "well if you really have this credit, you'll need to speak to the manager." Again, no problem, I understand fully the chain of approval. What I don't understand is the tone it was said and the lack of caring by the staff to escalate appropriately or to check back if the manager was unavailable or to let me know they were aware I was waiting.

I've been on hold for over 21 minutes waiting for a manager. At some point, the line became unmuted, and I could hear the first associate laughing and talking with another associate in the background. When I attempted to call back, just in case there was something wrong with the line where they couldn't hear me, the associate hung up.“

“I want to say that my experience with the customer service and the delivery driver associated with the Pizza Hut at 2800 E Tropical Pkwy is A++, friendly and helpful. We had an error with our delivery order and called to notify them of the error. We received sincere apologies and received the corrected order within 15 minutes. The pizzas I received were hot upon delivery and tasted fantastic. The pan style crust was light and not chewy at all. It was perfect! The toppings were just the right amount. Even the cheese pizza was excellent. I ordered the chocolate chip cookie which I was able to cut pizza style and had eight nice size servings. I will definitely be ordering again as customer service in addition to good food is a plus.“

“Ordered lunch and got busy at work, the food was still warm and fresh when I was able to make it over an hour later (wait time was only 15 min to make it). The whole staff was very friendly and Richard the GM was very polite and got me right out of there with my tasty pizza. Thanks guys!!“

“The manager of this establishment has really changed my perspective on Pizza Hut overall, I have never had such a great experience in such little time of me ordering and picking up for maybe 15 minutes not only was the food, absolutely incredible and as fresh as it could be, but the staff couldn’t have been more amazing and friendlier they took really good care of me and my autistic daughter and I just want to give a big shout out and thank you to the manager for having such an amazing team and honestly training them so wonderful me and my family drive 30 minutes for this location and we will continue to all of our relatives. “I had not been to Pizza Hut in a long while so we stopped in as I always liked their pizza best since I was a kid. This place is take out and delivery. Convenient location with ample parking. Great friendly service and we did not have to wait long for our pizza and wings only about 10 minutes and it was delicious. Huge menu selection, lots of toppings, pastas and many flavored wings. “I had to find a location that actually prepared the pizza as I ordered. The location at Jones & Lake Mead, do not put enough sauce on the pizza! Managers at that location do not care. The location on Craig & Decatur did a fantastic job! Will go out of our way to go to this location to get the pizza made correctly and it tastes great!“

“Ordered three pizzas and they were all perfectly made with lots of toppings. Very pleased with this place. We typically go to another place, but wanted something new. The lady at the counter was prompt and courteous. Was a please going here.“

“Pizza is always made up to standards and hot. I've found that their website is broken and won't allow online ordering, which is a pain. Calling in to order can be a pain sometimes with the hold time. Like other locations,m I think a refresh of the overall decor is needed to not look so 90's ish. “

“This location is well kept, always clean, you never see any trash. The employees are courteous and the pizza is done within minutes of ordering. It’s in a good location that has a patio with tables and chairs outdoors well shaded.

“First time trying it after giving up on Pizza Hut a year ago after it made me sick getting it from delivery location, plus the chain quality overall just went down. I was skeptical at first but decided to give it a chance, got a personal pepperoni and was pleasantly surprised. Tasted just like I remembered growing up. I was lucky to get one right out of the oven and loved it! More importantly it didn't upset my stomach after. Finally I can eat my favorite pizza the way I like it again :)“

What a wonderful choice… I have eaten at your location 3 times and switched due to Papa John’s burning me on an order. She took my order and noticed it had been a moment since coming in and actually wanted to know about the gap, anything we can improve on and wanted to get to know her regulars at the location.I worked in recruitment for hotels for 6.6 years under MGMRI 4 years ago but this would be the ideal candidate I would look for when recruiting people. A+ for customer service and friendliness. Will be back and impressed.“

“Not bad pizza. As an Italian it honestly could have been worse but despite everything it wasn't too bad. Located inside the Excalibur on the upper floor of the casino, it is open until midnight. We took a cheese and a meat and spent $24.“

“I ordered 2 of the new My Hut Box. It did arrive super late, and cold and my drink was missing. When I called and reported the issue, the cashier was super nice and patient and redelivered the order the way it should've been. The food was great.“

“So this is more the fault of the current work force situation and everything but it took over an hour to get the pizza. Had I known that, I would have picked it up. “This is a Pizza Hut to-go place. Very small.The location of this place is a bit sketchy and the place is not that clean. The floor is sticky. The Italian Meats pasta with the garlic bread sticks are quite delicious. Pay an extra dollar to add cheese to the garlic bread sticks. It’s very close to the main Vegas strip so I’ll return for the convenience and the price. It’s only a few minutes’ drive from most hotels and it’s a lot cheaper than getting Pizza Hut at the hotel.Also the portion is generous here.“

“We prefer the Pizza Hut Express compared to the pizza stands on the strip. For a few bucks more you get a fresh cooked pan pizza, compared to slice that's been sitting for hours in the window at the Stip pizza stands.The price recently changed & so did the side dishes but to be expected theses days.Overall a good quick bite &the staff has always been happy & kind.Location is a bit dingy & sometimes dodgy.“

“This location has always been prompted in filling their orders. Imo the Big New Yorker is the best choice on their menu, but in order for me to always be satisfied with their pies, I have to always order them with extra sauce. It's the only way to guarantee that I'm going to receive the same delicious PH I have grown to love. Not sure if PH decided to lower the sauce amount on their pizza's or if it's something that this particular store has done, but as long as it's ordered with extra, it should be fine.“

“Way to go Pizza Hut! Finally a pizza business that follows pizza instructions! I normally order extra sauce on every pizza, PapaJohns always fails to put extra sauce, EVERY TIME. I have since promised myself to NEVER order from PapaJohns again because they simply do not care about their customers and are extremely rude. “The speed was great. Ordered the food and it was rushed to my home which is outstanding. However, don't speed up the cooking process. The cheese had a cooked look, true. The rest or the cheese was slightly undercooked. Like it flew through the oven on the highest temperature. The boneless wing had flavor but more than half of them was missing the sauce. The idea is to ensure all (at least 75%) are marinated. It looked like it was just grabbed, scooped, light toss and delivered.“

“This is the best pizza hut on north nellis. The help is always friendly and more order is usually always right. Tonight there was one mistake but the manager was very nice and apologetic and made it right. I will always come to this pizza hut thanks to the manager Jack.
