“Anytime Im traveling I have to stop by this Popeye's because compared to where I live this Popeye's hits? My food is always piping hot and the wait is never very long. My only complaint is they need somebody to buss the tables so that people have a clean area to eat. Im not sure if that's a Popeye's issue though or the airport.“
“Yum! I prefer to grab and go. Customer Service is always excellent. Chicken on the 5 star scale. Now , if it gets a little soggy on my travel home I just pop it in the air fryer 5 mins on 325 and it is even better than popped out of the fryer. With less oil! Biscuits seem to have gotten smaller.... Still good.

“I just had great experience in your drive thru! It's February 22nd about 3:10 pm. Young girl with glasses, pretty sassy! Please give her a raise. I ordered a sandwich. She said there will be await. I said ok. Then I said how long, she said 10 mins 🙄 😅. I said I wish you said that before you charged my card. I said can we indo the 3 for $5? No hesitation she says you want a side!? Bam. Hook up, great customer service!. I open the box and a free biscuit. In su h a terrible terrible time in our country and such terrible experiences at stores and especially Starbucks. Sadly. This young lady really made me feel good. Well done and please please throw some money her way. She had Big Time written all over her! Craig and Tenaya just above the 95 freeway location.“
“I've visited this particular location 3 times in 2 weeks. Each time, I was waited on by the lady in the drive-thru, named Ellen. She is the most courteous, professional, positive person I've had the pleasure to meet. Popeyes should hire more people like her. She's the reason I continue to return to that Popeyes. It's the chicken, then, Ellen. Thank you Ellen, you're the best.“
“Absolutely the best chicken I have had in 30 years I think The red beans and rice or spectacular to potatoes or absolutely awesome and the chicken was as tinder and juicy as any I have had in the last 5 to 6 years it is the best fast chicken meal in town without a doubt you cannot go wrong they are to be the best at the fast chicken thing they have a down pat and you will not be sorry absolutely delicious!!!!!!!!!!!!!“

“This one car method at drive thru is very frustrating, one car order and wait and then you have to wait until that car is completely finished is asinine as a customer... it's a drive-thru window we understand we have to wait but to watch one car order go to the window and the next car I can't order until that car leaves is stupid please fix it or I might have to take my money somewhere else“
“Asked for the big box as advertised on their window they told me they didn't have it any more then asked for chicken sandwich was told they didn't have that either..... then finally ordered got food then had to drive back cause they forgot the drinks ?♀️ let's do better guys it wasn't even crowded won't be back for a while“
“1st time trying popeyes. Hubby got wings ghost pepper. He can eat the spiciest thai soup made. But, these wings did him in. 2 days later and his stomach is still sore. My chicken fingers were okay. Better than wing stop's. I don't think he wants to go back.“
“After being disappointed by the quality of food more than a few times at various Popeyes restaurants around Vegas, I found myself going to Popeyes again because I had the munchies and I couldn't ignore the 100s of emails Popeyes sent me about a $4 chicken sandwich. So here I am at the drive thru of this particular Popeyes on Maryland & Trop. expecting to be disappointed again. This time the chicken sandwich was good and I'll step onto a trees branch and say it's the best chicken sandwich that I've gotten from Popeyes to date. It was actually fresh out the fryer hot, it was crispy, the bun was soft and the 3 pickles were all bigger than the dime sized pickle slices from other Popeyes restaurants. Also there was actually enough sauce on it ( idk what kind of sauce it is but it put the icing on the chicken breast) to give it more flavor.
But now, I don't know how the food quality is at this restaurant the rest of the time, but it was on point tonight for me this visit.
As for the rest of the Popeyes, I(i.e the ones I've had not the best experiences at), step your chicken game up mane, before you get too many complaints and get shut down mane. Peep game, in the words of the 100s of emails from Popeyes that I get bombarded with every month, "Popeyes got fried chicken ya'll"!

“I like the spicy fried chicken. This location is near the MGM if you were looking for some food options outside the casino. It is located in a food court on the 2nd floor. There are other fast food options. The seating is a common area for all the restaurants in the food court.“

“I recently visited this Popeyes locations to get the wings. I ordered a 12pc wing with two sauces and they were fresh, hot, and had the classic Popeyes crunch to them. Although there were 4 cars ahead of me in the drive thru, it didn’t take more than 10 minutes for me to order, receive my food, and leave. I’d return. 🤷♀️“
“This location has THE MOST courteous, happy and helpful crew. The food speaks for itself, if you know Popeye's. Quality: the chicken, excellent. Fish sandwich, great. Biscuits, literally fresh out of the oven. Atmosphere: I mean, they're located in the parking lot of a gas station. Though, it was clean and well kept.“

“Came here near midnight, there was a long line but that was to be expected. The workers who helped me were extremely nice. It took about 30 minutes to get my food but I didn’t mind since there was a lot of people. My food was hot and fresh, I had no issues at all.“

“Yes, the wait can be seriously long!!!! Hey it's Vegas what do u want. The spicy chicken sandwich with bacon is great if u enjoy a good spicy kick. I enjoyed the mashed potatoes and the Mac & Cheese. The price wasn't terrible for something to pause the hangry vibes. I thought the staff was friendly and no issues with anything. Sometimes tough to find a seat also.“
“This place was not stocked up on food chicken as they should be for a lunch time chicken and potatoes were good but I had a long wait and their employees there's not enough to work the place people twerking in the front or covering in the back and back and forth I don't think that's proper I've worked in chicken places before need some work“

We paid, and then they had us drive forward 15 feet so we could wait for the food to come out. There were multiple cars pulled forward waiting. Corporate is probably amazed about their fast drive through time for customers, but doesn't realize we waited for 15 minutes waiting for our order. My friend likes the place but I'll never go back. Food was just okay, but the service was horrible.“

“I'll start with the cons, the only one being that they always forget at least one item from my order. This last time I ordered the 8 piece family meal, and they forgot all the biscuits. I would've gone back to get them, but the drive is really out of the way. Outside of that though the food is always fantastic, and perfectly cooked. Every other location I've been to tends to fall short; especially with the chicken breasts, but here it's actually fantastic. Hopefully next time I can give this place 5 stars if they can get the whole order in the bag.“
