“We stopped in for sandwiches for a road trip at 8am on a Sunday. Ethianna had the store open and got us in and out so quickly! She was super pleasant, great communication and made us feel like our sandwiches were being made exactly the way we wanted. We haven’t been in a subway in a long time but we’re really impressed with how clean the store was and how great Ethianna’s customer service was! #greatemployee!“

“Of all the Subways in Las Vegas, this one is by far the cleanest and just overall the best one there is! The service was wonderful, the lady that took our orders was so sweet and patient. “The vegetarian sub I chose was perfectly prepared and delicious. The staff was friendly and polite. A fine experience in all.

“Since this Subway is conveniently located near my place of employment, I eat here quite often. Angelica is usually the one who waits on me and shes always so happy and has a positive attitude. This store is always clean and the employees are very prompt with the online orders. 👌“

Food is the same as other locations.

2. Ambience
Casual, lively and busy but most of the time I find a seat. The whole wall is made of glass so it can be hot during the summer due to the sun.

3. Service
The line was not long, the staff was nicc, quick and attentive. The cashier was a bit cold (looked tired or something).

4. Hygiene
Like other locations, it was clean.

5. Price
This location has higher price than regular ones

6. Location
It is in the food court at Premium Outlet (North).

7. Parking
You can park at parking garage or parking lot. Nevadans are free with DL

“The people here are nice. However my online order gets botched every, single, time. Obviously they ignore the "special instructions" and this is very frustrating. I've spoken with the manager about this and they always apologize but I don't want anymore apologies, I just want my online order to be correct! Is that TOO MUCH TO ASK? They never honor my request for no bread. I think I won't be coming here anymore, there's no excuse for repeating the same mistake over and over again!“

“11.30 am and we walk in with a smile and got a rude lady that raised her voice multiple times at us . Didn't make the sandwich at all appealing. Honestly I'm never going back to subway you can thank your employee for that one. Me and my girlfriend didn't deserve this treatment but we were civil about it thanked her paid and left we told the maintenance man he was nice to us . 0 out of ten. Mood changer . Didn't even cut my foot long my girlfriend's was half cut. Dude that's not what I paid for. “A few months ago my husband and I bought some gift cards from Sam’s Club. When we tried to check the balance on them they were saying that the card was unable to to find. I called every resource I could find and no one seem to know what they were doing. But the other morning I went into the one on skye canyon and the young lady her name was Lisa as well was a life saver I told her my situation and she dropped everything she was doing to help me figure it out when no one else even came close to doing. I mean it was 40 dollars in gift cards. For me and my husband that’s a lot. I will for sure be coming to this subway just because of this young lady. “If you want your sandwich made with love this is your location the veggies are always fresh ladies are always pleasant to see.. I eat hear at least 3-4 times a week here it's my neighborhood location. The only negative thing I have to say is the soda machine sucks! But I won't rate them low because I don't purchase sodas often but the few times that I have my drinks haven't been to pleasant.

Ps the neighborhood discounts I receive in the mail really makes it affordable to eat here on a regular. Thank you very much for the savings.“

“Nice staff and they made the sandwiches exactly as requested the first time. The restaurant was clean and I chose to dine in. However, after purchasing food and eating in the restaurant, I was told I could not use the restroom. As a paying dine-in customer, I found that surprising, particularly since Nevada regulations (NAC 446.421) generally require food establishments with public seating to provide restroom facilities.

One of the reasons I chose to dine in was because I also needed to use the restroom. Having to leave and find another location after purchasing and eating my meal was frustrating and negatively affected an otherwise positive experience.“

I have an allergy to peppers and it’s a real struggle to find a place that is knowledgeable about cross contamination. Michelle went above and beyond to avoid cross contamination, in a way that I’ve never seen before. She was so polite and professional about the allergy as well. I hope she gets promoted.“

“Not only was this place clean and impeccable, but the staff was exceedingly kind. I had to make an emergency stop because my toddler needed to use the restroom. The kind staff ran ahead and gave me the key on the way by. The bathroom was clean and smelled better then any quick stop restaurant I've been to in the area. “My house used to be infested with dog poop in the middle of the hallway to the bathroom, so me and my brother had to place chairs carefully upon the feces and perform parkour action to avoid the disgusting pile of junky dog poop. When I went to Subway, this all changed. A long long time ago there was a man who taught aikido and he brought his students to the Subway and beat up a robber who was running the place for ransom. He taught me how to perform Poopawai, a secret move that extinguished all remnants of poop in the house the user is residing in. I learned it and I was finally free from the dog poop curse.
