“I like the food, it hasn't changed in many years, it's reliable but we all know it's not the best sandwich. The man who helped me tonight was friendly, helpful, did not make me feel rushed, smiled and gave terrific customer service. What I didn't like was the cost. $15 for a 12"!! I won't be able to afford to go here soon, it's that simple. That price is unacceptable. Sorry, Subway. We are breaking up.“

Food is the same as other locations.

2. Ambience
Casual, lively and busy but most of the time I find a seat. The whole wall is made of glass so it can be hot during the summer due to the sun.

3. Service
The line was not long, the staff was nicc, quick and attentive. The cashier was a bit cold (looked tired or something).

4. Hygiene
Like other locations, it was clean.

5. Price
This location has higher price than regular ones

6. Location
It is in the food court at Premium Outlet (North).

7. Parking
You can park at parking garage or parking lot. Nevadans are free with DL

8. ETC

“They are hustling here. Very busy but they are getting them out. However, I don't see a need to tip when I'm putting in my own order and never talk to a person. I like seeing what they are putting on my sandwich, that's why I come in and I always tip for extra effort. Just saying.“

“The vegetarian sub I chose was perfectly prepared and delicious. The staff was friendly and polite. A fine experience in all.

Vegetarian options: You select the ingredients according to your taste. Many sauces to choose from. Hearty whole grain bread, too.“

“11.30 am and we walk in with a smile and got a rude lady that raised her voice multiple times at us . Didn't make the sandwich at all appealing. Honestly I'm never going back to subway you can thank your employee for that one. Me and my girlfriend didn't deserve this treatment but we were civil about it thanked her paid and left we told the maintenance man he was nice to us . 0 out of ten. Mood changer . Didn't even cut my foot long my girlfriend's was half cut. Dude that's not what I paid for. Still ate it I'm not going to throw money away but I should have as the sandwich had zero flavor thanks to her not giving me the option to continue requesting sauce like mayo or olive. I'm disappointed. Thrown together without a care at one point not looking where she's putting ingredientes. I open my sandwich and everything falls out. I can go to Carl's and get a sloppy burger that's not what I want“

“App responsive. They were on my order immediately after placing it. I ordered a medium drink unfortunately they ran out of lids so they upgraded me to a large. I ordered 3 sandwiches and luckily they were all made footlongs “accidentally” loved that too. The cashier was super nice. And the sodas were all in working conditions“

“The people here are nice. However my online order gets botched every, single, time. Obviously they ignore the "special instructions" and this is very frustrating. I've spoken with the manager about this and they always apologize but I don't want anymore apologies, I just want my online order to be correct! Is that TOO MUCH TO ASK? They never honor my request for no bread. I think I won't be coming here anymore, there's no excuse for repeating the same mistake over and over again!“

“If you want your sandwich made with love this is your location the veggies are always fresh ladies are always pleasant to see.. I eat hear at least 3-4 times a week here it's my neighborhood location. The only negative thing I have to say is the soda machine sucks! But I won't rate them low because I don't purchase sodas often but the few times that I have my drinks haven't been to pleasant.

Ps the neighborhood discounts I receive in the mail really makes it affordable to eat here on a regular. Thank you very much for the savings.“

“I witnessed the sweetest girl, Angie, busting her butt to get tons of orders out, all by herself. There were so many people bombarding her all at once, and she worked so hard and steadily and never gave up. I could never have handled the stress she must have been under, especially because she just kept her calm and kind demeanor the entire time. “Nice staff and they made the sandwiches exactly as requested the first time. The restaurant was clean and I chose to dine in. However, after purchasing food and eating in the restaurant, I was told I could not use the restroom. As a paying dine-in customer, I found that surprising, particularly since Nevada regulations (NAC 446.421) generally require food establishments with public seating to provide restroom facilities.

One of the reasons I chose to dine in was because I also needed to use the restroom. Having to leave and find another location after purchasing and eating my meal was frustrating and negatively affected an otherwise positive experience.“

Two times in a row now, they've ignored the extra topping requests.1st time I asked for extra sweet onion dressing and I received none at all and it was dry. The 2nd time I again asked for extra sweet onion sauce and received only a little bit.They need to pay attention to the details of online orders.“

I have an allergy to peppers and it’s a real struggle to find a place that is knowledgeable about cross contamination. Michelle went above and beyond to avoid cross contamination, in a way that I’ve never seen before. She was so polite and professional about the allergy as well. I hope she gets promoted.“

The Roast Beef here is way better with actual real roast beef slices rather than the paper thin roast beef slices at the Subway on Charleston and Indigo. The sandwich maker made the sandwiches generously just like in the menu pictures.“
