“Our family enjoys a quick bite at our favorite burger spot, the staff is always amazing, the food is great, and the service is top level, but in recent visit the atmosphere has declined, the outside patio seating is not the enjoyable to sit anymore, through no fault of the staff, I think they do their best to keep it as clean as possible, but the pigeons have become a nuisance, with posted signs everywhere that states DO NOT FEED BIRDS! people are still feeling the birds, I have witnessed that and said something to the customer. I hope InNOut come up with a better solution before the fall weather comes around, my family loves sitting outside.“

“We came here the other day to try the crepes and it was SO GOOD! We got one banana Nutella crepe and one strawberry Nutella crepe. The presentation was so cute, and they come in these really cool carrying bags! They were so pretty I almost didn’t wanna eat it! I also got a boba tea and it was delicious! The employees were super sweet, polite, and helpful but honestly they could've cussed me out and even that couldn't have ruined this meal. Topping that off with the complimentary chocolate covered strawberry...you just can't go wrong. Can't wait to try all the flavors then make my own mix! “We went to Cane’s today and just had the BEST experience. At the drive thru, I asked the girl taking orders if there was onion powder on their chicken or in their sauces. My daughter is highly allergic to onions, including onion powder, and I didn’t want to risk a trip to the ER. The girl went and got the manager who asked us about the allergies and then she assured us that everything they sold was onion free. We ordered and drove around to pay, and the manager met us at the cash register, and gave us a Cane’s card. It’s so scary having a child with a life threatening allergy, and to have your manager take it so seriously literally brought tears to my eyes. Thank you so much! You will see us again soon!“

“We got here and there were only 2 ppl working and they were working their butts off, the manager came in idk her name hispanic lady with long blonde hair in a braid with a G.M. name tag on and Instead of jumping in and helping she just stood there letting the 2 ppl working to just continue to work super hard and offering no help. I spent 25yrs in restaurants and the first thing she should've done was jump in and help. Idk the young man's name who was running D/T but he was doing an amazing job as was the young lady claudia In the back (only know her name cause the cashier kept calling it out) I thought they were doing such a great job by themselves i tipped them $5 each. So it took a minute to get the food but they did they best could with the circumstances.“

“As someone from Texas that eats Whataburger breakfast maybe 3 times a week I was excited that Vegas was finally getting one only to get my hopes up. Was supposed to open in Fall of 2023 but was behind schedule, fast forward to 10-21-24 my wife and I made it back to Vegas. Whataburger back home is known for being 24hrs this place opens at 9am to 3am, so much for getting up early to grab a good breakfast on a bun with hash browns, not only did we wait till 9am to open they didn’t have any hash browns, the cheese wasn’t placed on the egg to melt and they didn’t use any bun oil. This was the driest bob I have ever had and had to eat it with fries and don’t have cinnamon rolls at this location. Would I ever go back? Yeah probably but was very disappointed the first time around at the Vegas location“
