Some places the drivers go to don't open until certain times so the drivers have to change their delivery order at least at the las vegas location but they certainly shouldn't be promising anyone a specific delivery time it varies depending on traffic and parking lot access
Not sure about the warehouse personnel but the drivers all have a great attitude and go above and beyond !!
The drivers have a specific route they are supposed to follow in order of times and locations of deliveries so for them to promise you a delivery time is very surprising !!
