Incredibly slow service! No one in restaurant . Excuse from manager that the drive through was busy. Waited over twenty minutes inside for two whopper juniors and one fry. No special requests. Got two French fries by mistake. I will tell everyone I know how terrible everything was. No excuse. Totally unacceptable. And food was not hot and fresh. I’m done with Burger King’

Not only was the empty dining room littered with messy tables and clearly not sanitized... but only 2 of 5 workers were compliant with the Nevada mask mandate for employees, and sadly the 3 who were non-compliant were serving and making my food. Both cooks were not wearing one at all, and the front counter guy was wearing a mask incorrectly by not covering his nose. UNACCEPTABLE!!!
