“It is busy all the time so take into inconsideration of the wait time so don't be rude if they are not all smiles. Remember there are plenty of other locations lol. They do take you as fast as they can the food is always delicious and fresh the employees are pretty fast and efficient. I haven't had a bad experience thus far. 💯🤝🏽😎 I know what I'm getting into so this my go to location.“

“This is the best location I have been to.. Abi was so delightful and attentive. It was near closing and there was a line and she was handling it with grace. She washed her hands often and changed her gloves often. Very good experience! They seemed to work well together here and it was clean inside. Good job!“
“What a difference today! This was one of the best experiences I've had at the Chipotle on W. Craig. There were plenty of employees who were actually working, and when the line started backing up, I believe the manager jumped right in to help serve customers. That kind of teamwork doesn't go unnoticed.
Normally, there's a long line with only one person preparing the food, but today everything moved quickly and efficiently. Even my son noticed how much smoother everything was. Great job to the entire team for providing excellent service!“
“Food itself is mediocre compared to Chipotle located on N. Decatur. The amount of food provided was a bit less than other corporate locations and the seasoning was a bit off. Tasted more bland than usual. Service was okay. High school student employees need to pay attention to customers waiting for pick up orders.“
“Our baseball team had a 3 hour break. This location was a short distance from Big League Dreams park. 7 of our players joined us. The staff was very nice and accommodating. My son had caught 3 games and we needed to ice his arm they kindly got us a bag so we could help him. I totally recommend this restaurant 👌 thank you for being so kind!“
