Einstein Bros. Bagels offers amazing food with great service. Customers appreciate the friendly staff, especially the manager who is kind and helpful. The farm hand sandwich is a favorite, and the caramel macchiato and chai tea are highly recommended. The crew is socially aware and provides excellent service, making every visit an incredible experience.
The staff is always working hard, even when they may be short-handed, and handles business like a pro. There is a dark-haired lady behind the counter who is always working hard. The service is great, and the staff is very nice. Mistakes can happen, but the staff is willing to fix any issues. One customer had the wrong sandwich but enjoyed what they received. Another customer had an issue with their office order, but the staff member, Becci, resolved the problem and exceeded their expectations.
