Finbomb Sushi is located on North Virginia Street across from Lawlor Events Center by UNR, in a new spot. It is a nice new spot with lots of potential. The menu has a good selection, including sushi, poke bowls like the Hawaiian Bowl and Dragon Bowl, and the Paitan Chicken Ramen. The ingredients taste fresh with no bad fishy smell. The broth of the ramen is good and the chicken is well-seasoned. The poke bake is particularly enjoyable. The food is fantastic and described as ono. Customer service is really great, with the owners being amazing, super kind, helpful, and welcoming. The restaurant is clean but has only a few tables, making it not a very comfortable spot for eat-in. It is not very busy and appears geared more toward take-out, which is convenient for people in the neighborhood. While some elements like pre-portioned noodles are just okay, the overall experience is positive, making it a good spot for take-out where planning to go back and try other items is common.
