The most disappointing experience ever at the Reno location.
If I could put zero stars I would. My husband and I went here about a week ago to finish a difficult week off with a good note. When we have visited in the past, the food was great and the service was amazing. This time, the service was terrible and the food was less than poor. It’s recommended by a local. It has a very interesting Reno rodeo decoration with cowboy boots. We started with jalapeños poppers -it’s good, then garlic pepper ribeyes - that’s also good, and we had bbq baby back ribs- that’s too dry. So 2 out of three.
