I was starving and was literally about to go to the gym when I stopped by to get a slider, some chicken tenders and fries. the cashier notice I was short in change so, him and his manager assisted me with my order, thus exceeding my day with gratitude and appreciation I had to compliment them in person and with this feedback. I didn't expect them to go out there way to make sure I was satisfied and taken care of. I worked in customer service and in the fast food industry before and helping the customer definitely made my day on both ends. Thank you and I appreciate the service.“

“There was a ton of people and you had to sit quite sometime to get your food. It’s a fast food place so you can’t expect the quality of a sit down find restaurant. However, the last several times we have been there their fries have been undercooked. When I asked one of the staff to cook them longer for us they said they don’t do that. I think the lack of customer service is what they are lacking here they obviously I’m confused. that’s why people keep coming back.“

“Came in after seeing the new waffle promo on tv got a tender meal with a side of mac n cheese and before i could finish filling my drink my order was ready to go and it did not disappoint tenders were quite large and tasty full of flavor mac n cheese was nice and creamy and the waffle was perfect.“
