They get busy at this location and I can understand why... the bagels are too good and the customers are wild sometimes. Please understand if you go here that we are all human and bagels are a god send, also patience is a virtue lol.
I walked in around 1:50, and waited for a long time to have my order taken. There were 3 employees total in the store, but 2 of them were in the back and seemed to have left the young man up front to take and make all of the orders himself. (He was doing a wonderful job - working very hard and very quickly and being sure to acknowledge all of the customers.) However, the 2 young ladies in back seemed to be making no effort to assist him, instead appearing to be in a hurry to clean...read full review
