Had hopes with change of ownership that things would improve. The place is dirty, the restrooms are awful, need a total renovation, get rid of the duct taped toilet paper dispensers. They seemed to bring on more competent management, only to have them leave just months after starting. I am afraid we have another sands regency situation, like when Truckee gaming ran that establishment into the ground.
I worked at Rail City for a short time. I left because of the lack of standard the other employees and management have. Years of grim and slime coming out of pipes leaking water everywhere expired products used no sanitation standard or use of the products flies breeding in drains and sinks. Non working sinks are covered with cardboard. Molding plastic cups and plastic jugs with mold just sitting on counters and the bar. Dishwasher and the bar haven’t been cleaned in years....read full review
