Like is it really that hard to look at a screen when there is an order, whenever I order here it's always a hit or a miss l, i always ask for my food without sour cream and somehow it's on the screen and on the receipt and yet they put it on my food, I may not be allergic to it but what if I had been. 1 of my 2 chalupas had sour cream and I ate the first one just fine and took one bite of the second one finding out it had that stuff on it.I love taco bell but is it really that...read full review
One of the best Taco Bells in Sparks, one of the cheaper Taco Bells (yet they do vary prices based on location), employees are courteous, and always apologize if they are taking long or missing an item, and will go out of the way to accomodate you.

When it comes to using the drive-through at this Taco Bell location, I've consistently encountered slow service. The wait times are often prolonged, and it appears that staffing levels are insufficient to handle the demand efficiently. If the drive-through service improved, I would gladly give this location a higher rating.
