“Food was good. We were greeted and seated promptly. However server never came back to check on us after we were served our breakfast. Second server ignored us when we asked for more coffee. With this being said. I would be open to give them one more try. Food was actually good. Props to the cook.”

“Some menu items shown on the website were not available. Salmon entree listed for dinner was actually a salad and was just ok. My daughter had the steak and fries, and it was very good. Had the Cline cabernet sauvignon and it was fabulous, with a nice sized pour. The dessert items were very limited. I think the changes to the menu may be due to going into the slower winter season. Next time I will go hungry and opt for the red meat options. The service was good. I was hoping for an elevated dining experience in this historic hotel, but it is Tonopah, so most people eating there were in t-shirts and jeans or shorts. The ambience and historical decor absolutely made the dining experience.”

“We we’re traveling through the area and saw the A&W sign and had to stop. Haven’t had the opportunity to have A&W since we left our hometown in Ohio. This place was awesome! We happened upon Tuesday Coney day, which was great. Quite a savings. $1.99 each coney dog. The Coney dogs were perfectly made, and we really enjoyed their sauce. And their frosted mugs and root beer were spot on! Highly recommend the frosted mug. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They brought the food to us and checked on us to be sure it was all good. And the inside was absolutely spotless! All things that are VERY hard to find these days in restaurants. especially fast food. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! We loved it!!

Didn't see my usual (White Mocha) on their menu so I asked one of the ladies if they could make it and this was perfect! Extra Hot too and so Nummy! “Driving through Tonopah on Friday, 8/15, on my way to Arizona, I decided to try this restaurant. The atmosphere is nice enough--subdued lighting, more typical for having dinner. It was the lunch hour and I hoped it wouldn't take too long, because I wanted to be back on the road. I ordered a combo plate with a Chile relleno, a shredded beef taco, rice and beans. The dish was delicious--nice and hot, with the right amount of cheese, sauce, and spice. They also provided chips and salsa which was also very good. The price was reasonable, the service was efficient and friendly, and I was in and out within 30 minutes. For a small town restaurant, this exceeded my expectations. Credit where credit is due! I'll return to this restaurant the next time I drive through Tonopah.”
