Every glass that left the bar glowed with the promise of happiness, good decisions, and possibly better posture. And then… the Craft and Jamaican dry rub chicken wings. Scrumptious doesn’t even begin to describe them. These wings strutted onto the table like they knew they were the star of the show—juicy, spicy, and seasoned so perfectly you’d swear they had their own PR team. Meanwhile, everything coming out of the kitchen looked so jaw-droppingly delicious it made me question every life choice that led me to not ordering that, that, and definitely that. Even the ordering app was a delight. A simple QR scan and—voilà!—this sixty-something woman was tapping, selecting, and paying with the grace of a digital native. No confusion. No panic. No accidentally ordering seventeen sides of fries. (Though honestly, that might not have been the worst fate.) Kudos to the staff and management—this place runs like a well–garlic-oiled machine: smooth, flavorful, and leaving you wanting more. Five stars, a happy belly, and a newfound confidence in QR codes. “We visited Gram’s Diner with a group of six people and had a great experience. We were seated immediately without any wait, and the restaurant was quiet and comfortable since it was not very crowded.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. Our food arrived in a reasonable amount of time and did not take long to come out.

I ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich, which was delicious. The portion size was very generous and definitely enough for a satisfying meal.

Overall, the combination of great food, large portions, excellent service, and a relaxed atmosphere made for a very enjoyable dining experience. I would happily return and recommend Gram’s Diner to others.“

“Art's Jug has been has been one of Watertown New York's go to spots for dining for at least 50 years. Eat in or take out the food is always above par. One of their famous dishes is the anti pasta salad, you will see one on almost every table when you enter the establishment. They specialize in Italian dishes. Sit down, order up and enjoy, you will not be disappointed!“

“The crossroads diner is the kind of old school diner I grew up with. Nice ladies make you feel welcome. Food is homemade and tasty. Soups are home made daily. I had a ham and cabbage soup there that was perfect. I wonder if they take requests? Hungarian Mushroom soup sounds good.“

“We came to longhorn with a toddler who was teething, and quickly after ordering our food realized we would need to cut our dinner short. We asked our waiter to make the order a to go order, and he said he totally understood and would have it out as quickly as possible. The manager, Kim came over to our table and asked if there was anything she could get for us. She told us she is a mom of multiple kids herself, and can completely sympathize. She was kind, reassuring, and insistent that she wanted to do anything she could to help. She ended up bringing out a cup of ice cream for our daughter while we waited, and was so sweet to her. The customer service here was beyond top notch!!!!“

“I hosted a surprise engagement party this last Saturday at 1812 on the River. Everything from the food, service and atmosphere were incredible. Michelle and her staff were phenomenal. The bartenders who worked the party for us on the 3rd floor were very attentive, friendly and accommodating! We had a variety of pizzas and appetizer dips and they were amazing - guests were very impressed. Highly recommend this venue for any party!“

“The food was amazing! Started coming here about once a week for the last month and a half and all the servers have been very nice! Never an issue at all. Especially tonight as of 3/28 had the server named Zoey! She was so sweet and welcoming. I would most certainly recommend her to anyone.“
