He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, offering attentive and friendly service without being overbearing. His menu recommendations were spot-on, and his warm personality added a lot to our evening. Every dish we ordered was flavorful and beautifully presented. “Tonight I had the pleasure to dine at Bici restaurant in Ramsey, NJ. From the minute I walked in, I knew I was going to like it! You are greeted in such a warm and friendly manner.
