Came for a private event, great atmosphere and service
Melissa at APEX is absolutely amazing! Her personality was so warm and welcoming and she was so bomb at recommending a great drink for both me and my brother who was celebrating his birthday! 10/10 would recommend her and we will be back simply because of her!
We had an excellent time at Apex in Crossgates Mall! All of the bowling lanes were full during our visit, but our concierge/server Stacy was truly amazing. She was the only one serving all 20 lanes, and despite the high volume, she stayed prompt, friendly, professional, and in great spirits the entire time. Every request we had was handled without delay, and she made sure we were well taken care of, even in a high-stress environment.
