My partner, mom and I did one of the escape rooms they have to offer. It was fun, but just okay. You needed to use a tablet to understand the mechanics of each puzzle which took a lot of time, and we only had 27 minutes! One of the puzzles wasn’t working either. We were unable to escape, and the worker was showing us what to do, but when he did it “correctly” it didn’t unlock the box. We had been doing the right thing! Lakeytah at the Albany location in crossgates was an attentive and very active host/bartender. Enjoyed my first date even more because of her knowledge of drinks and ability to make suggestions. 5/5 experience!

Visited a few weeks ago and was served by a young woman named Lakeytah. She was attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. The food and drinks were delicious. I appreciated her making the atmosphere welcoming and enjoyable. I'd patron again!
