“Chipotle Mexican Grill on Wolf Road in Colonie, NY is the place to go for a “Real” meal & excellent customer service.
The restaurant looked cold and bare perhaps not a lot of dine in customers.
Yet the food was very delicious and very filling nonetheless.

“My name is Noah, I walked into chipotle to pick up my order and I realized I had placed an order at another location 2 hours away where I would go to before. This person named Shalanda is the nicest person you would meet. She told me to contact chipotle support in order to get a refund (already got notified that I got one) and she was willing to make me the same exact order for free. She had a smile on her face and she laughed a lot. Overall a very positive atmosphere and by far one of the best managers I have ever met. Props to Shalanda for making my expierence amazing and giving me information on what I should do. Even the workers had a positive mood and they asked me what I usually order. Amazing job Shalanda and keeping her staff positive with a good mood“
