This is prob the best Dunkin’ I’ve been to. The staff on today was really friendly & made my order PERFECT. The majority of Dunkin‘s don’t know how to make the iced caramel latte correctly, but when I got it here it was made the correct way & my bagel wasn’t burnt! Definitely will be a returning customer.
The drive thru in Menands you can see workers eating while putting your order together. If you order something that needs to be prepared and Donuts, they give you half the order and walk away from the Window without telling you to wait. I've gotten to work with half my order and no time to go back. This has happened more than once.
