I am so disappointed. I traveled an hour to go to Crossgates. I stopped to get myself a treat. I love the mini cookie cakes. Which is really a bigger size cookie cup. Wow I almost broke my tooth. Beyond peeved as it was 15.99. Will not be back.
If I could give zeros on the overall experience and service, I would. A 1-star rating is way too generous. Mrs. Fields replaced Great American Cookies a while back in Crossgates, and the difference in service is night and day — and not in a good way.
The online ordering system clearly does not function properly, yet they continue to accept orders and take customers’ money immediately with no follow-through.

Worst experience I’ve had in my 40 years of life. I went To pick up cake and this is what they gave me. For almost 70$ they thought this is ok. Then the manager told me to come back and I did And he presented the 2nd cake. We tried to explain to the owner that that is not what we ordered and he pretended not to understand, and then deflect about the color of the frosting.
