Trip down to Albany today, randomly happened on this restaurant using Google Maps. Google gave them a 4.9 rating. The food is EXCELLENT. Atmosphere is lovely, and the staff and just great. We will be back. Best Mexican restaurant that I've been to in the Capital District (and we live at Exit 16, so including Saratoga).
if you like traditional Mexican food you must try the newly opened El Rancho on Central Ave in Albany!!!
El Rancho offers truly authentic Mexican cuisine -- in the Oaxaca tradition.
Fresh, delicious, plentiful, dishes and fantastic lunch specials (including delicious "burrito bowls" and taco specials).
The best chips !! thin, crispy, not oily with the perfect amount of salt.
