Last 2 times I went here, both around 5-6pm on a saturday, they haven't had a waiter/waitress to dine in... when they do have someone waiting the food is decent but they need to get someone to wait at
We happened to be the only ones there for dinner but I could tell even if we weren't, our service would have been amazing! Our server was very attentive and made the little details count. We went in for the special Wonka menu items for my kiddo and were not disappointed. Our server made sure our hot chocolate was as magical as the commercials made it look and the food was delicious! Portions seem smaller than usual. They're using plastic utensil which makes it feel less like it use to be. The food didn't taste as good as I remembered. Our service was very good.
