Played here as a member of the band Catalyst on July 24th that played with Hygeer and couldn't have had a better experience! The sound guy Andrew was amazing and ensured we sounded great to the crowd and the bartender Patrick was attentive as hell and our drinks were never empty. 5/5 would come back as a customer any day of the week! Oldest bar in Albany and they host a hell of a gig! We'll be back!
Been going here for years now, Pauly's Hotel gave me a place to do my first live performances, in other words Pauly's gave me and many others a place to learn and grow musically, also a place to meet like-minded people. In my experience the staff have always been very approachable and have always treated each of the bands with politeness and respect. Very up front and transparent with paying the bands too. Sound system sounds good on stage and in the crowd. Very welcoming environment to all demographics.
