A great bar with great service and great food. I had a great time there. It was my first time in Albany. Had a blast drinking and talking with locals. I can usually handle my liquor but I really over did it. I completely blacked out drinking with strangers and woke up in my hotel room and not tied up in someone’s basement which is a huge plus. Hopefully they let me in next time I visit. I highly recommend this place. Becka is an incredible bartender!
This is a great hidden gem in downtown Albany! They have a NYS theme, so they have a wide selection of NYS craft beers, as well as regional NY food specialties like Beef on Weck, Spiedies, Reubens, and of course Steamed Hams (IYKYK). They have a full bar of NYS craft liquor as well, I recommend the Rough Rider Happy Warrior cask strength bourbon, or the 1911 apple vodka makes a great vodka tonic.
