“I had ordered a coffee with dairy in it by accident through the drive through. When I came in to the store they re made my drink no problem. Everyone working was kind and understanding. I very much appreciated it during this hectic holiday season.“

Sounds like you are annoyed you got stuck paying for product, you were luckily getting for free for a long time. Sounds like bs to me. Patty seems like she cares about the starbucks and the direction its going. The store is much cleaner now than it ever has been.“
