“Tried for the first time tonight and was excellent! We got two combo meals, an extra egg roll and an order of crab rangoons for $40, which I thought was a very reasonable price. Also the crab rangoons were AMAZING. The best I’ve ever had. Restaurants never put enough filling in them, but these were huge and perfect! Lucky kitchen- please never change your crab rangoons🫶🏻”

“Attended a softball tournament with my family and recommended the Blue Dolphin for after the games. Several parents of players also came to eat. I have to say I was disappointed in the dining experience. I have been there many times in the past if I was in the area but the physical appearance was rundown and uninviting. The food was not like I remember . Adequate but lacking in quality…I was somewhat embarrassed since I raved about how delicious it was from my past meals….of course prices were increased but my sandwich was cold and soggy…the rib special was just okay and the spaghetti tasted sweet and mushy meatballs. Ranch dressing tasted bad…my granddaughters had salads and chicken strips and refused to eat it. I won’t be recommending this diner or stop to eat . I am from NEPA and I will have to find someplace else to eat when traveling through area.. So sorry.”

“After reading quite a few negative reviews, I wanted to chime in about our experience here on Thanksgiving. Believe it or not,I had never eaten at Donoli’s even though I’ve lived here my entire life. After seeing they were open Thanksgiving, my friend and I decided to give them a try. We have eaten at McCoy’s Chop House for the last several years, but their price point had gotten very high and we were ready for a change and we both felt like Prime Rib. Walking into Donoli’s, I could tell this was a much more casual dining establishment. Older decor throughout, but certainly not awful. More pub like, than fine dining. They were very busy, perhaps busier than they anticipated. We were seated quickly and ordered a cocktail. My Bourbon Old Fashioned was delicious and very reasonably priced at $9. My friend ordered a Gin Gimlet with lavender gin & lime. She loved it. Again $9. The waitress told us they run out of Prime Rib earlier, but had some now so she suggested we place our order now. We did. My friend ordered their Thanksgiving special which was a 12 oz. Prime Rib, mashed potatoes, dressing, gravy, baby carrots & a salad. I opted for the 16 oz. Prime Rib with baked potato and a salad. Both came sided with au jus and we asked for creamy and regular horseradish on the side. Both of us ordered our beef rare. The salad came out first. Small bowl, but just the right amount. I had their homemade Ranch & it was delicious. My friend had their homemade Italian and said it was good as well. The entrees came and were spot on! Generous portions, Prime Rib cooked perfectly. In addition, I ordered a glass of Cabernet wine to enjoy with my meal. We had lots of leftovers and they offered nice to go containers ears, even for the sides. The waitress said they were crazy busy today and I could they were. Yes, there were a few shortcomings. No water was offered. We asked for bread with our salad and it never came. But we actually didn’t need those extra calories and didn’t really miss it. The bill was only $95 (with a cash discount) and I tipped very generously as that staff was working their tails off. The owner stopped by our table to see how we were doing. You rarely see that and it was appreciated. We will come back! I’ll dress far more casually than we did, but I could see this as a nice spot for a good meal at a good price. Thanks for making our Thanksgiving dinner a nice experience.”

“Best subway in the area, hands down. Place is impeccably clean, service is fast, and staff is professional and pleasant. I had honestly given up going to subways because they were all so hit or miss, but this one is great!

“The service was insanely fast, even for fast food, which at a stop on the highway is always a plus. The food was exactly was you'd expect from a McDonalds, filling and tasty. The atmosphere could be improved, as the view to outside is blocked in many parts by huge posters. Good advertising but it made it quite dark at the table while eating. A bonus for this McDonald's is the presense of a connected gas station, so you can also grab stuff for the road and gas while you're here”

“I recently hosted a bridal shower here at Roasted Coffee Bar, and we had the best time! The private atmosphere was amazing, and the service we received from the owners was above and beyond expectations. The coffee was also amazing! I would definitely recommend this place to someone looking to host a smaller private event!!”

“My favorite spot in town. I rarely go a weekend without stopping in for breakfast! Friendly staff and owners, amazing food, donuts, etc. Literally something for everyone! (They even have doggie donuts and doggie "beer") ODB doesn't need good reviews to be amazing. I'm pretty sure they speak for themselves in what they do, and the overall atmosphere. “Traveling home from a wedding in Columbus OH to home in Maine we pinned the halfway point to stop over. We discovered this gem of a restaurant of MJ's on the Susquehanna River in historic Owego, NY. We dined ohe deck by the river. We ate the butter lettuce pockets of vegetables and a Greek salad. DELICIOUS! Having been so sensible with our vegetarian supper we shared the pan cooked chocolate chip cookie with ice cream and caramel sauce. Great service, decor, funk factor, clean and good. We may live 8 hours away, but this dining experience makes it worth returning for. Plus there are plenty of interesting places to see in this part of NY.”
