“Attended a softball tournament with my family and recommended the Blue Dolphin for after the games. Several parents of players also came to eat. I have to say I was disappointed in the dining experience. I have been there many times in the past if I was in the area but the physical appearance was rundown and uninviting. The food was not like I remember . Adequate but lacking in quality…I was somewhat embarrassed since I raved about how delicious it was from my past meals….of course prices were increased but my sandwich was cold and soggy…the rib special was just okay and the spaghetti tasted sweet and mushy meatballs. Ranch dressing tasted bad…my granddaughters had salads and chicken strips and refused to eat it. I won’t be recommending this diner or stop to eat . I am from NEPA and I will have to find someplace else to eat when traveling through area.. So sorry.“

“The Appalachian McDonald's is my go-to choice for nabbing some food after work so I don't have to cook. I never have any issues with their food, the workers are always keeping busy, and I personally always seem to get my food within just a few minutes(like 3-5.. maybe 7 if they're slammed). Also, the workers are always really polite. Tho, I do occasionally feel bad for them when I see them having to deal with one of *those* customers.. you know the type👌😂“

“Fast and friendly service! Good breakfast food. I had the Greek Omelette with Spinach, Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese with whole wheat toast, home fries, and a side of bacon. My wife had a Western Omelette with whole wheat toast and home fries. On our second visit, the following week- My wife had the Two Piece Banana Bread French Toast, and I had the Greek Omelette with Spinach, Tomatoes, and Feta Cheese with whole wheat toast, home fries, and a side of bacon. Jessica, Stephanie, and Erica are great and made for a great dining experience. The tables and restroom are kept clean.

“I have tried the "new" extra hot wings. they are very tasty. they made my nose run, an indicator of "hot" wings. extra hot actually makes my eyes water as well as my nose running. BUT these have a very good taste, not the normal hot sauce and butter flavor. recommend them for anyone who really enjoys their hot wings.“

“We had a great experience. I believe the service associates name was Christine, she has a blonde braid and freckles. Anyway the food was about $50 for a family of four with sides and extras but honestly it felt worth it. The food was delicious. We’ve never been here as we’re driving through road tripping and thought we’d try it out for lunch; Christine was a delight. She walked us through our options and helped us decide, she even brought our food and float to us because she saw my hands full with my kids; who she offered suckers to (with my permission which I appreciated greatly) The food was ready really quickly and it was honestly very tasty. The chicken tasted better than I expected and the cheeseburger was very high quality, the lettuce was fresh and crisp. Overall enjoyable start to finish. The restaurant was clean as were the bathrooms and were happy with our experience. Would definitely recommend.

Kid-friendliness: Christine was very friendly with our two children. She asked my permission to offer them suckers which tells me she’s a loving mother herself. Very clean atmosphere.“

“Staff is great but going here at lunchtime is a nightmare with all the high school students there they are very rude smoking and everything else most of them are not eating and won't get up for the paying customers or any elderly people the school should be ashamed of there students“
