“Concerning Dunkin Donuts-- and I am a big -time customer of this franchise-- I can say that the place is one of the cleanest Dunkin's that I have visited... and that also applies to their restrooms. This place has 2 of them , and they are kept very clean and well stocked. That means a lot to me. You can tell how much regard a place has for it's customers by how well they maintain their restrooms( if they have one.)

Parking: Plenty of parking space.“

“Stopped in for a cup of tea and ended up trying there mount olympus donuts OMG so good drizzled with milk chocolate and white reminded me of the pastries I get when I travel to Portugal will go back.“

Wasn’t the best I’ve ever had but it was good. The chorizo was the one I went with definitely wasn’t disappointed.

I don’t think it’s worth a far drive but if you’re in the area or it’s not completely out your way it’s definitely worth stopping in for a visit. The place does have seating but not a lot of room. There is a park near by and lots of outdoor seating near the area. That’s what I chose to do.

The breakfast burrito price was amazing especially for nyc the food was good quality and really delicious. The sauce everyone was talking about wasn’t over powering. Matter of fact I wish I had more next time I’ll ask for some on the side felt like I needed an extra pump 😂.

I truly enjoyed this place and I’m sure you guys will also the coffee was mid but it’s ok food makes up for it.

“Amazing experience at the Perk house! I had the tea of the day Iced Elderberry and Hibicus (as delicious as it sounds) and avocado toast with stuffed blueberry French toast with lemon drizzle. It was all light and perfect for a warm breakfast. Even got to eat outside. Highly recommend checking it out!“

“I love and appreciate a good cold foam latte, and WOW Awe & Wonder did not disappoint! Probably the best cold foam iced latte I’ve ever had. It was so good that we also tried the hot version of the Joy latte. It had great coffee flavor, but I personally prefer the iced version. I’ll definitely be returning and trying their other specialty drinks. && the pastries- DELICIOUS !!

I had a double espresso and Avocado Egg Tomato sandwich.

Sandwich was delicious and espresso was great. Not every cafe gets espresso right so loved it here.“

“Around 6:30 in the evening on weekdays, the store is almost full, business is pretty good, and the store also takes a lot of takeout orders.
The two of us ordered a bowl of mixed beef pho, a fried spring roll and a pork bun, and were very satisfied with everything. The fried spring rolls were very hot when they were freshly fried. They were crispy on the outside and filled with minced pork. They were delicious with the dipping sauce. There are three pork buns in a portion, and the fillings are crispy pork belly, pickled radish and sweet noodle sauce. This combination is unexpectedly harmonious and very satisfying. It is my favorite. The beef rice noodles contain beef tendons, beef slices and beef balls. There is not much meat but a lot of rice noodles. The soup is sweet and has a bit of Chinese medicine. It is just right for two people to share a bowl.“

“Not only is the bubble tea *DELICIOUS*— so many options, so many toppings to include for the drink. Dessert, juice, tea, coffee, every refreshment you could imagine… the options are bountiful. However, Abraham, the person who works there is a DREAM come true. He’s the nicest, most generous, and sweetest person. He has the same positive attitude no matter what day or time you’re there. Kung Fu Tea is a safe space: partly because of the amazing beverages and the other half because of Abraham.
