“I’ve eaten multiple times at Our Kitchen and have always had a great experience - the food, staff, service and atmosphere have always been wonderful. However yesterday was the first time, we utilized (or attended) an event in their private room upstairs and I cannot say enough good things about it. We celebrated my 70th birthday and everything was perfect. The food was delicious (served family style and there was plenty of it!), the food and bar service was great, the room itself was perfect (a very nice room with lots of space for the kids to run around) and Melanie was so easy to work with! I highly recommend Our Place for lunch, dinner and in particular, for your private event!“

“I have been to Saigon Table twice. Once with the whole family. We all enjoyed it and they are very safe for people with Celiac.

That night I met the owner Lynn N Lee. She talked about wanting to bring high quality Vietnamese food to this side of Westchester. Everything is made from scratch, including a beef broth slowly made from Pat Lafrieda bones. Her sauces are unique and delicious. My husband loved his Pho. The kids had delicious chicken and beef skewers and some rice noodles. She uses GF soy sauce and a great GF fish sauce as well.

I returned last night with a friend whose husband is a chef and she also loved it. I recommended the chicken soup because I had once picked it up for my mom and was blown away by the layered depth of flavor of the broth.

The place is simple and casual, yet thoughtfully designed. The service is warm and friendly, but be patient as they tend to receive a lot of take out orders and everyone knows that this is sometimes hard to balance.

I could eat the beef skewers every day. They are cooked perfectly medium rare and the marinade is insane.

“i drove here all the way from danbury, ct & let me tell you.. this place did NOT disappoint! hands down the best tacos & quesadilla i’ve ever had in my life. the crunch of the warm shell mixed with the ground beef and cheese was 🔥. the chicken in the quesadilla was shredded and amazing. my friend had the steak tacos, and i’m not a big fan of steak in general but i tried some of hers - it literally melted in my mouth. if i was going to eat steak it would be here. literally everything was cooked to perfection. the drinks being absolutely on point was just a bonus. please open a location close to danbury so you can take all my money😅. “Delicious Margarita pizza! All ingredients are fresh. We use to drive over the bridge to Cassis’s in Orangburg, NY for pizza, but no more. We met the owner yesterday and he really takes pride in his business. Venice Pizza is now our go to place when we want delicious pies.“

“I came here on the hunt for something different for breakfast and stumbled across this spot after seeing a video about their BBQ breakfast options. Glad I did!

The vibe inside is cool and relaxed with a bit of charm. It’s not a big space but there is some seating. Service was solid, the staff was friendly, patient, and gave me great recommendations for a first timer.

I went with two picks:
• Brisket Egg & Cheese — house smoked brisket, scrambled eggs, American cheese on Texas toast. Super buttery and cheesy. My only critique is the brisket was sliced a little too thin, which made it tougher to bite through in a sandwich.
• Breakfast Burrito — house smoked pulled pork, scrambled eggs, American cheese, pico de gallo wrapped in a tortilla. This one was the winner for me. Smoky, spicy, and loaded with flavor.

Parking is the biggest challenge. It’s on a tight, busy street with not much available nearby.

Overall though, the food was delicious and definitely worth the trip. I’ll be back to try the Bacon Egg & Cheese with house smoked crispy bacon chicharron and their crispy tots.“
