“The Cuban sandwich with 2 sides Is so delicious I Have been craving it for over ten years now since I Moved Out of town And I have never been disappointed by anything That I have ever had there and I was literally a regular customer there for over five years in a row I was just so hungry and I had to make it my daily lunch break Order and it was so good to have a seat at one of the tables and Take my lunch break and enjoy my lunch break with a leisurely seat at a little table. By the soda fridge and then I was done eating lunch and I had cooled off enough to get back to my work and finish for the day and then I went home with my full belly And complete satisfaction with my lunch and what I ate. I have been recommending this As the best BBQ place for miles and now It’s become a very popular destination among the friends and family who have taken my recommendations. Very seriously as well and they are. There frequently enough to Bring Me Back a takeaway order and bring it to me when they visit Me on the north shore of Long Island. Where I live now“

“Being a lover of barbecue, this place did not disappoint me; decent size portions on the 3 meat plate and at an excellent price, the ribs, pulled pork & sausage were all good so now I have to go back for the brisket & chicken; loved the baked beans & the sweet potato mash with pecans made for good sides! I definitely recommend & like MacArthur…..I shall return!!!!“

“We tried the Meat Candy Charcuterie with burnt ends, beef bacon, and pastrami, the Tropical Goblets with short rib, and a half pound of brisket. Everything was flavorful and cooked just right. The food alone makes it worth coming back, but what really stood out was the service. Joshua gave excellent recommendations, was super attentive, and kept the whole experience fun with his humor and energy.
Great food and even better service!

“This was my first experience dining at a Korean BBQ venue. There is plenty of variety between the buffet choices for the hot pot soup and the BBQ grill and the sides. I really enjoyed the hot pot soup I’m not a fan of cooking/grilling my food at a restaurant. Armando the server went above and beyond to explain and tend to us.“

“I love this place! Excellent food, good prices, good service. Absolutely no pretense, they know exactly what they are, and they stick to what they're good at. Ribs are great, fried chicken is great absolutely must get the sweet potatoes. Good lemonade. It is a go-to joint for my son and I. Makes me wish they had a dining room. Strictly take out. I highly recommend it.“

“We tried ayce they have tons of options. Chicken beef lamb pork seafood. And amazing appetizers. It was tadbit pricey. Workers didn't bother you until you wave them down. I wanted to try the whole menu but the portions were big so suggestion tell the waiter your choices of meat and portion size they will accommodate. Will comeback for their regular menu aswell.“

“My wife and I were recently at your restaurant our server who told us he was new to his position (2weeks) gave us amazing cartious and attentive service like an experienced professional unfortunately I didn't get the young man's name..our visit was on Friday 2/25 at about 3:30 in the afternoon . “Sometimes you’re just looking for a little beach time and some great BBQ – and Batesy's BBQ delivered on both! We were in town helping another G-FORCE location with an Amazon project, so naturally, we took a break to explore the local food scene. First Impressions: We kicked off with the Deviled Eggs – the jalapeño added a nice little kick while the bacon... well, it was bacon – crispy and delicious. Next up were the House Pickles – sweet, vinegary, and unexpectedly tasty. Who knew pickles could be this good? The Mains: Harry went with the Pulled Pork – packed with flavor, moist, and paired with an excellent sauce. The Potato Salad stood out with just the right-sized chunks, and the Cornbread? Perfectly crispy on the outside. Steve opted for the BBQ Chicken – tender and juicy, coated with that same outstanding house sauce. And the Kielbasa? This place might not be Polish, but they nailed it – full of flavor and definitely a surprise hit! The Potato Salad reminded us of Grandma’s homemade classic, and the Collards had a unique twist that, honestly, we didn’t hate. The rest of the table didn’t hold back either – from the Burger to the Mac and Cheese and, of course, more Pulled Pork, it was all a hit!
