“I had the the chicken/beef kofta platter. The kofta was seasoned to perfection! I like how they are not stingy with the portions lol. I asked for extra rice at the end(even tho they give alot lol) guy just gave me more rice with no extra charge. I hope ya open one in the bronx, not many halal options in the “
“Once upon a time i came here about a decade ago and had a great meal Today i revisit and since it has grown exceptionally in flavor and quality. The ambiance is nice and cozy and the service was a bit busy. i got the front page menu Kabli Pulao combo as well as the beef mandoo. the lamb shank was incredible and the chicken kebab pieces was the best i ever had. the Mandoo was pretty good but the Kabli is the star of the show. they gave us dates and water bottles as well. i enjoyed it very much and can say i can't wait to go back again soon this place is the Gem of Ditmars Queens 10/10 A++ a Must go!“
“Located on Coney Island Ave in Brooklyn, Dunya Kabab House offers an unforgettable journey through Afghani cuisine. Our iftar experience was exceptional, from the seamless reservation process to the outstanding dishes. The Qabuli Pilau was a standout, boasting impeccable flavor and texture. Tender lamb chops and perfectly seasoned Chapli kababs delighted our taste buds. The lamb shank was a highlight, with meat so tender it fell off the bone effortlessly. The hummus was simply divine, with a delightful hint of olive oil that enhanced its rich flavor profile.Dunya Kabab House sets itself apart with bold flavors and expert spice blends, distinguishing it from other Middle Eastern eateries.“
“Amazing service at Sami’s Kabab House LIC!! Me and my friends (group of 5) came here after class to break our fast during Ramadan and it was such an amazing experience. Service was courteous, fast, and excellent, we were seated immediately and given refreshments. We got the family combo, and each bite was perfection. Every kebab, especially the chicken tikka and lamb shank was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Their kabuli pulao is also 10/10, some of the best I’ve had hands down! You can tell the owner takes real pride in what they do! It’s in an excellent neighborhood and I think everyone should come by and try this place. Worth every single penny spent, and I can’t stop recommending it enough. You’ve won our hearts Sami’s Kabab House, and we will definitely be back!! ❤️“
“My go to place; been going to this cart for years (since 2018) and Afghan Boys has always maintained high quality throughout. All of their offerings are super flavorful with great portions, you can’t go wrong with any of them! This cart is definitely worth the detour, and it’s close to a Q47 bus stop (connects to Roosevelt Ave station). Owners are absolutely amazing and hard working“

“Have not been here in years but happy to say that chicken sandwich on a pita was incredible. For $10 dollars it was filled and the chicken was so tender. I asked for no lettuce but it all went together so well. Can’t wait to go back l! They are super busy on the platforms I could see.“
“Amazing I had the Mix kabob platter chicken and lamb, with rice, super good They gave me this white sauce and green sauce that complemented the whole meal Served with bread and this spinach that made it all come together, definitely recommend, the older lady that makes the food is such a sweetheart, definitely coming back Thank you Pamir Kabab“
“Incredible dining experience! The kebabs were incredible, I got the Beef Tikka Kebob and absolutely LOVED it. The food was a 10/10 and the service and atmosphere were even better. I would 100% recommend Ariana Afghan Kebab to anyone and everyone in New York!“
“Good food; reasonable prices!! Only thing I didn't like is that the blinds were drawn over all the windows, creating a fluorescent-only "office-like" atmosphere...in a restaurant!Curiously, the bread was pretty boring but the rice actually had some flava! Also odd, the chicken tikka was a bit dry but the lamb kabobs were juicy. Salad was all right though iceberg lettuce (but obviously fresh and even with a few thin strands of raddichio thrown in)...strangest of all, however, was the grilled veggies side-order: a whole tomato and bell pepper -- nice big ones, too -- but not chopped and kinda burnt all over instead of the gently seared slices served elsewhere! But will still come back fo' mo' 'bobs 'n' rice!!“
“Everyone was so nice. That is one of the most important things when I go to a restaurant. The experience of being with people that I've never met, because this is my first time going, and everyone just being nice. I went to Uzbekistan in 2021 and this restaurant reminded me of the wonderful food, the experienced staff and all of the people that surrounded me, who were all wonderful men and women. I can't wait to visit again and you should visit if you're reading this!“
