“I went here with a friend for lunch. There is a reasonable amount of seating and the the interior is clean and decorated nicely. We had the mantu as an appetizer and it was soooo good! I had the chicken chapli kebab with white rice, which was mildly spicy, which I like.“

“We’re in the neighborhood every few years and come here semi-regularly. Just ordered the vegetarian plate and was really delighted by the different vegetables. Cooked thoughtfully, great flavor. The kebab are also quite good.“

“Absolutely loved the food! The chapli kebab, Philly steak, and mango lassi were amazing full of flavor . The mixed platter was also delicious and gave us a great variety to try. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Definitely a great spot for Afghani food, and I’d happily come back again!

“I love Lasani restaurant. Their prices are very reasonable and so when my husband and I are looking to eat out but not fancy it’s our go-to spot. Food is delicious, veg and non veg options, fast service. I like the environment, casual dining. Open late, too! Lasani is one of my favorite restaurants in Jersey City. When I want to eat out in a casual way, this is my spot. Highly recommend the roti!

Vegetarian options: I love the Chana, sometimes they have different veggies like cauliflower, spinach, depends on the day. Their roti is vegan and it’s soooo soft and good.
