About Auntie Anne's

Auntie Anne's has opened a new location on Steinway Street in Astoria, just half a block from the subway. The location features Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, and Carvel. It is small but very clean, operating entirely as a takeout spot with no seating inside. People no longer have to trek to their local malls for an Auntie Anne's, Cinnabon, or Carvel fix.

The customer service is excellent. Staff members are wonderful, understanding, sweet, and patient, especially with a pregnant customer and a customer who is hard of hearing. One staff member made pretzels fresh, and they were amazing. Another made ice cream that was very good and well made. The staff greeted customers kindly and were patient while customers figured out what to buy. This location truly respects your wishes, unlike other Auntie Anne's that were terrible.

The food is excellent. The Sweet Almond Pretzels came out steaming hot and delicious. The Cinnamon Sugar Pretzel Nuggets were good and exactly as remembered. The Flying Saucer Ice Cream Sandwiches are also available, though the fridge containing all of the Carvel items was locked and a staff member must open it. Overall, this spot is highly recommended.

Kathy was wonderful! I’m pregnant and have been having trouble getting fresh food delivered, but Kathy was so understanding and made my pretzels fresh they were amazing! The customer service was just as great. I’ve been to other Auntie Anne’s that were terrible, but this location truly respects your wishes. Highly recommend! ❤️
