“We got married at the Green Building last weekend and Dish is one of their preferred vendors, so when we chose them as our caterer, we knew we wouldn’t have to worry about a thing! In addition to their catering services, we used Dish’s day-of coordinating services. The food was phenomenal and people still keep raving about the chicken and waffle cones from our cocktail hour! Every single bite I had throughout the day left me satisfied with a happy belly! The entire day went as smooth as butter and everyone really enjoyed themselves! Our magical day would not have been possible without the amazing duo of Evalyn and Lauren! They were truly the best!“

“We are full-time wedding photographers who did not have the pleasure of working at the Glen Island Harbour Club until January 2025. Winter weddings can be tough if you are not at an iconic location with extensive interiors conducive to photography meant to maximize the natural and ambient light, but in this case, it was perfect! The bridal suite was stupendous and the guys had a perfect place to get ready, too. All the areas had a lot of daylight considering it was the darkest time of the year and were elegantly furnished. The spaces all complimented the chosen scarlet red and classic tux look. We went outdoors for a bit despite the cold and windy day and loved the views of the water. Everywhere we went the staff was perfect for our couple, their family and friends, and us as vendors. We had scouted the venue beforehand, but we did not realize just how much room we’d have to work with - especially getting ready, taking spectacular shots on the staircase and in the lobby, during the ceremony even with so many guests, and for the reception with a huge dance floor. The food during cocktail hour was absolutely amazing with seemingly limitless options for everyone. The venue staff made sure we had a nice meal as well while checking in on the little things we love such as ensuring we’re set for the entrances and knew the itinerary for the reception. And again, this was our impression during the most difficult time of the year! I cannot imagine how extraordinary the property is during warm seasons, but we hope to find out soon. While this is written from the perspective of a small business owner, this is an unbiased and unsponsored review, and we appreciated the sensational first visit with hopefully many more to come. “I was trying to throw a Sweet 16 on a tight budget, but the more I looked into renting a place, buying food, alcohol, decorations… the more expensive things seemed to get. At Eastwood Manor, they had it all for a little under $100/person after taxes and service fees. But it was worth it because The Crystal Room which I rented was very private. The newly installed flooring made it look so nice. My family is still talking about how great the food tasted and they loved that the place encouraged them to take leftovers by placing bags and plastic containers out near the food. The managers are great. The only thing I can complain about is that when it was time to toast my daughter most of the guests did not have any champagne, which was part of the package. Other than that it was great!“

“I've been going here for years when I want to cook some high-quality fresh pasta! They also have plenty of imported Italian goods that retain their quality. My only advice would be abstain from their sandwiches - they're a bit overpriced and are not filling. But if you're looking for quality Italian ingredients, this is the place to go!“

He's easily the single most professional, efficient and all around best caterer/chef I've ever com across. From planning an intimate 20 person get together to a 4 hour, 150 person rooftop carnival, Chris can take a 30 second conversation and turn it into something beyond your wildest dreams. It is chock full of yummy surprises, all arranged beautifully, in perfect condition. There was such a generous amount of food, they could make a meal and still graze after. The meat, cheese, fruit, nuts & dried fruit were premium quality & we’re told, very delicious. It arrived in a cute huge box, with flowers & a honey dipper tied into the colorful wrapping twine. “This review is long overdue. However, we are glad we waited because seven (7) months later, we are STILL getting rave reviews from our friends and families about the food at our wedding! We had a VERY difficult venue that required all of our vendors to submit referrals and agree to a multitude of specific rules. Our original caterer cancelled two (2) months out from our wedding date (after a year of planning). We did not know what to do! They had already been approved and accepted by our venue. We were devastated! KRISP quickly reviewed the menu / pricing we had negotiated and budgeted with that caterer. They were SO reassuring, and offered us MORE options for a lower cost. We could not believe it! After experiencing an incredible tasting at their gorgeous venue, we were SOLD! THE FOOD IS UNREAL, seriously! When we were low on alcohol, they ran to the store to ensure that our guests would not notice any lapse! They even secured and stored our cake topper for months after our wedding! Despite coming on board with less than 2 months to prepare, KRISP navigated a VERY difficult venue, provided incredible service and kept all the stress out of our site! If you don't scoop them up while you can, your event will not be as good as it could have been.“

“Most of the servers are young hipsters, so the service isn't extremely friendly, but there seems to be a unique atmosphere here. I wasn't expecting much from the food, especially since the initial impressions of the servers weren't great. However, the burger, with a texture reminiscent of mushrooms, was quite soft and tasty. The dessert cake was also very good, and the date shake might just be the best shake in New York. Make sure to try the shake.“

This year it was a pistachio buche de Noel which was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful to look at and delicious. It was personally delivered by the owner on New Year’s Eve!
