El Boqueron

The first time my husband and I went to El Boqueron four years ago was probably the best date we've ever had. Israel called me senorita all evening, the tapas was fresh, delicious and quick flowing, and we had a perfect little table in the corner with candlelight making things super sweet. The red passion fruit was unbeatable. We'll never forget this spot and miss it terribly.

I miss this place so much. Food and sangria were always delicious. The pulpo was cooked to perfection every. single. time. No easy task. My husband and I live in the neighborhood and came here a lot -- probably tried most of the menu. It always met expectations. The owners were welcoming. It was the kind of place you could bring family, friends, or just pop in for a quick bite. If you open another spot, I'd love to hear about it!

Have not been at this location for over 15 years. Decided to go to dinner tonight with my husband and I was amazed with the change of management. Albert manager is very attractive. Our server Bryan was AMAZING first the inviting smile than the politeness, respect, and knowledge of the dishes was spectacular. The waiters Israel and Francisco were very attentive and wonderful.
