Based on the reviews, OffCity is a great spot with a fantastic vibe and a cozy, welcoming atmosphere. The music is smooth and not too loud. The food is amazing, fresh, and flavorful, with the steak sandwich noted as outstanding, tender, and juicy. The drinks are top tier, with a fantastic LYCHEE ME ALONE and classic mojito. The staff, including the gentlemen at the door, the mixologist, and servers, are friendly, attentive, and make everyone feel like a new best friend. It is one of the best places in Astoria for dinner or drinks with family or friends.
