“Overall the The experience was great. The flavors was good so good and Mary was super mery. She was super attentive, even when there was a high volume in the restaurant. I really appreciated everything she did for me and always make sure I feel like she cared.“

“Wow wow wow!!!! I was so blown away last night for a late dinner at around 8pm. It was super quiet inside only one table on the rooftop when I arrived. I ordered the KFC cauliflower wings and maiitake mushroom steamed buns and the special mazemen. Everything was SO flavorful I mean every single bite I took had flavor and I was so full from having three dishes to myself. The yuzu lemonade was also so good as well. I haven’t been back here in five years and now I’m going to come back on the regular. All the dishes were decently priced too not overpriced like the rest of the neighborhood, I love supporting local small businesses and can’t wait to come back and try the extensive brunch menu!!!“

“I ordered the 3 piece fried chicken, cole slaw and biscuits.Overall the food was ok.The chicken wasn't the juiciest and didn't have much flavor. The coating was fried dark but little to no flavor.
The biscuits were ok but I didn't see option for butter or honey. The slaw was basic.“

“I was helped by Rocky who was an exceptional employee. His service was awesome. It was my first time there and his service is why I would return. The food is really good but he made a point to explain things and make recommendations. Is it very attentive as well in the checkout process and educated me on what flavors go well together“

“Surprised to find decent Xinjiang food in Manhattan.
Ding ding fried noodles were quite authentic, just a bit salty. Lamb pilaf wasn’t greasy, which I liked. Lamb skewers were tender and not gamey.
Service was okay but a bit inexperienced — had to remind for water.
Overall, good food, service could be better.“

“My partner and I went here almost 3 years ago for my birthday. It was our first time in the city. I’m celiac so we specifically went here for the GF options. While everything was literally SO good. 3 years later and we are still talking about the tuna crispy rice. We mention it at least once a month. We joke about going back just for the tuna crispy rice. And the employees were ridiculously kind. We can’t wait to go back!!“

“Mixed feelings about this place - definitely not keeping things simple but I appreciate the new take. Had the seafood ramen which was good but have no idea what I was tasting exactly. Will try one more shot. I should stop thinking it as ramen.“

“One of the best Vietnamese restaurants we’ve been to! The food is always fresh, authentic, and absolutely delicious. The pho has a rich, flavorful broth with perfectly cooked noodles and tender meat. Every dish we tried was amazing, and the portions were generous. The service is excellent every time—friendly, attentive, and welcoming staff who make you feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for outstanding Vietnamese cuisine and exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back!“

“My favorite little vegan restaurant in Crown Heights. I’m a regular there and every dish I’ve tasted has been a winner. My favorites are the Raw Thai Salad, BBQ Seitan Skewers, and Black Pepper Seitan. The staff is sweet and attentive, and they remember what I like. This place is a gem.“

“Mochi Dolci is one of my favorite places in the UWS. It's a family-owned business that TRULY CARES about the people that walk in for food, drinks, and hanging out. I love many of their #mochidonuts - classics like black sesame and taro but I love their playful ones such as fruity pebbles. Other dishes are good to such as their pork belly bao, mango salad, and dumplings. Of course, their #milktea and #bobatea are delicious. I recently tried their matcha milk tea with strawberry popping boba. Their place is cozy and welcoming. They have a speakeasy too - I have not been, but they were kind to let me explore it (with their permission). I look forward to come back for drinks and food with friends! Easily 5 stars and ABOVE! 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩“

“It was my birthday today and and my wonderful boyfriend planned for us to go to the bottomless sushi and it was one of the best experiences I've ever had in a restaurant ever. The ambience was incredible. The music was lovely and our server her name was Yanet She was so incredibly sweet and when my boyfriend mentioned to her, it happened to be my birthday she went out of her way to give us an extra birthday dessert that said happy birthday with a candle. She didn't have to do that, but she just did it anyway incredibly sweet and kind hearted. She honestly made our experience so much sweeter and she took pictures of us and it really just made our experience so great. Our experience at TAO was an excellent, not just because of the food but because of Yanet.“

“This little gem is so New York, and I had the best time here last Saturday night. It’s a tiny space run by a lovely husband-and-wife team that makes the whole experience feel warm and personal. The set menu was outstanding, with so many great flavor combinations, many of them inspired by traditional Nepali dishes. They also offer a thoughtfully chosen wine pairing that complemented the food really well. Service was excellent throughout, and I especially enjoyed hearing the stories behind each dish and the inspiration that went into creating them. Overall, just an outstanding dinner and a place I can’t wait to return to.“
