“Took my wife and son here for our first rolled ice cream experience. The owners were very kind and answered all of our questions. Amazing ice cream and very clean shop and atmosphere. All the ingredients were very fresh.

Parking: Parking lot is open and available in front of the store
Kid-friendliness: They were very friendly with my son and have children friendly furniture for sitting.“

“16 Handles in Clifton Park did such an amazing job for a graduation party that I had. They allow you to order as many varieties as you want. The great thing is it covers all kinds of dietary restrictions. Everyone was able to have it!!! It was such a big hit at the party and I can’t wait for the opportunity to use them again!!! “People are always friendly it's a nice place to sit down enjoy a burger and fries and just relax. You'll always be happy with your meal and the service is always very kind and the place is well maintained.
Parking: The parking can be tricky if it's busy but I always tends to find a spot if not the road is fine as long as there's no signs saying otherwise
Kid-friendliness: Tons of people around and dogs / pets also not a heavy smoker atmosphere“
“This is the best ice cream around… anyone saying it’s not good is truly just used to low grade ice cream. The ice cream is made in house with high quality ingredients. As far as anyone talking about pricing, check out any of the other places.. pirates pricing is on par with their competitors, with a better product, and more generous portions.“
