“I booked reservations for my father’s 70th birthday at the Clubhouse at Batavia Downs, but later received a call that they were double booked. That’s when Rosalie from Fortune's stepped in to save the day. She reassured me that my father’s celebration would be just as special, if not better—and she delivered! Rosalie thoughtfully selected a table with a beautiful view of the racetrack and even helped arrange a cake to complete the celebration. She even came by to take a picture of our group, which was such a thoughtful touch.

Our servers, Terri and Ryleigh, were also exceptional—attentive, friendly, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Rosalie checked in on our party multiple times to make sure all our needs were met, which we truly appreciated.
