“This is one of my favorite places to dine with my daughter. We always get the Brik as our appetizer. It's a delicious North African potato pastry topped with a fresh avacado salsa. We literally smile every time we get it! We just order one and split it. My go-to menu item is the Souvlaki Wrap with Chicken. It's perfect. I have also enjoyed the Shawarma Wrap. More recently, I tried the Grilled Romaine Salad with Avocado, Pine Nuts, Goat Cheese & Lemon Vinaigrette. Another winner. It was a lot of salad for one person, though, so we decided that we would split it next time and then order the appetizers that we've had our eyes on but haven't tried yet. For dessert, we like to order the Baklava to go. It is excellent. And honey, please do get yourself a slice of the Baklava Cheesecake!! It is a slice of heavenly goodness.“

“This food was incredible!! You get so much food for what you pay for. I got the small Greek salad and that could easily feed two people as a starter salad or one person (plus potentially leftovers) for dinner. All of the ingredients were so fresh and tasty. The gyro I ordered was also amazing and I even ate it a day old (don't tell the owners - I'm sure they would be disappointed ;) ) because I was in a rush and it was still absolutely incredible. “I went to this location of Pita Gourmet as part of a group of three. This was our first time going to any Pita Gourmet location, so I can't say whether this location is better or worse than others. The counter service here was friendly and helpful. And there was plenty of seating, though the dining tables already look worn even though this is still a fairly new location. My falafel pita wrap was okay, but the flavor of the falafel wasn't as good as other falafel I'd had. That may be a personal preference though and isn't meant to suggest that there was something wrong with my food. My companions expressed to me that they felt that their orders were okay as well, but not anything they'd go back for. I basically felt the same way. I had baklava for dessert and thought it was decent quality. In terms of value, I felt that the prices here were reasonable for the portions served. If you're on the fence about trying this place out, I'd definitely recommend giving it a chance and experiencing it for yourself. “Getting a mammogram was made slightly less unpleasant by discovering the Falafel Bar food truck outside Windsong Radiology 8/7/20. The guys were super friendly. I asked what time they'd be there until and told them I'd be back and probably over 1.5 hours later when I came back, they remembered me. They even were joking around trying to guess what I would order before I did. Their humor and friendliness was appreciated more than they could have known in that moment. I got a falafel wrap ($9) and it was a really good size and good quality. Veggies were crisp and falafel was tasty. I wasn't expecting it to come in a burrito-style wrap, but it was still good, and honestly probably bigger than it would have been in a pita wrap. The only reason for 4 stars is because it was pretty soupy between the tahini and hummus and probably some liquid from the veggies. Overall, good quality and I'd definitely get it again, but just specify light on the condiments.“
“I love the falafel pita sandwich they have here. And I recently tried their falafel rice bowl, which was also very tasty. And I like to get the rice pudding on occasion, which is also yummy. I've never had a bad thing here, basically.I had a falafel rice bowl from another restaurant, which was good, but heavy and on the greasy side. The falafel rice bowl from Rachel's is definitely not heavy or greasy at all. It tastes healthy and doesn't make me feel so full that I can't finish it all. Also, it doesn't upset my stomach at all. I'm a little lactose intolerant, but whatever tahini sauce they use on top is super friendly to my stomach, unlike other eateries in the area which use a thicker, richer tahini sauce.“

“A group of us came here for Eid today and it was the perfect place for us to sit down and enjoy a great meal and celebrate Eid! We ordered the chicken tikka bryani, reshmi kebab, nihari and chicken handi, garlic naan, roghni naan, parathay and regular naan as well as sweet lassi and mango lassi. The woman who runs the place was generous enough to give us mango lassis as Eidi too (complimentary) that made our experience even better! The restaurant was clean and well decorated! We ordered a medium level of spice, and while personally for someone who cannot deal with spices I would prefer mild (I would recommend this if someone does not want spicy food), my friends did quite enjoy it! I really really enjoyed the naans and parathas! The food tasted great but due to my spice intolerance I could not enjoy it as much, but the raita and chutney certainly helped! The lassis, especially the mango lassi, were cool, sweet and refreshing. I would definitely love to come here again! It fed 2 adults and 2 children over the course of a couple days. It was very filling and flavorful.
