“Aaron was sooooo helpful! Wanted to order the $6.99 "only on the app" special for any footlong, but the app wasn't working. After showing Aaron the app malfunction, he made it work so I could still get the app deal price in store!! (#30 The Beast, super yummy!) This is rare to see these days @ most fast food restaurants or retail stores, but Aaron went above and beyond to make a customer very happy! Most food service workers these days have no idea what customer service is all about, and would have said "sorry, but that special is ONLY on the app, and even though the app isn't working, I can't help you". Kudos Aaron for showing what true customer satisfaction is all about!!!“

“My little guy’s school orders subway each week - this week, his envelope was left in his bookbag. My husband and I rushed to Subway with the idea to order his lunch for tomorrow so he would not miss out. The employee at the window at about 6:35pm recognized the form. She offered to put the form on the desk for the subs to be made tomorrow and delivered to the school. We didn’t realize this was the subway they go thru and greatly appreciate this employee for being so nice, so caring and so amazing.“

“I don’t normally feel compelled to do a review but I have to say the energy and service of this Jersey Mikes was impeccable! We randomly stopped here on a drive home to Pennsylvania and I’m so glad we did! I’ve never seen all the workers in such a good pleasant mood and so professional. The employee who was taking orders was so pleasant and asked everyone who came in while we were eating inside about what they were looking forward to. I know it’s something so simple but it makes a difference! I would go out of my way to go to this shop . I forgot yo mention the fact that my portobello mushroom swiss melt was amazing. I was also happy because this was my stepsons first experience at this franchise and they were happy to come back again! Thank you so much for the outstanding service! It did not go unnoticed. I also ate at the store on Monday afternoon on June 23rd. Keep up the wonderful things you are doing!“
